The saltado burrito with shrimp was truly fab!!! A burrito honestly greater than the sum of its parts. One eats a lot of burritos in Southern California and this one still stands out! Their spicy salsa put it over the top! Will be back to try the tofu!!!!

We hired 395 Rolling Chef to cater to our group of 200 people. Each plate was made to order and this meal was touted as the best meal on the trip. Claudia and her team were incredibly helpful, responsive and professional.
