Sierra Smokeshow recently catered our event, and we couldn’t be more impressed. The food was outstanding, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. As Texans, we’re pretty particular about our BBQ—but Sierra Smokeshow did not disappoint!!
We enjoyed the brisket, BBQ chicken, smoked mushrooms, mac and cheese, fruit salad, and their amazing sauces—everything was flavorful and perfectly prepared.
