I am a Bloomington local who has watched this place grow into the delicious restaurant it is today. I don't know if it was the same owner then as today, but you will love the authentic Mexican food and good-sized portions. My wife and I enjoy eating here almost once a week. My favorite is the butter and garlic tilapia and shrimp combo plate with rice and beans.
