Terrible service, the cashier today was on 8/11/24, very rude, poorly attended, and apart from that, she still has the audacity to say that if we have a long time to go, now I understand why the place is alone, I do not recommend that you eat, there is terrible service, too bad

Came to the establishment with my wife late night. We work night shift and needed something quick. The food was delicious here and Natalie had the best customer service I’ve had in a long time I definitely recommend you coming to this restaurant.

We just went late last night and the cashier was working both the front and the drive thru by herself and still had the best customer service. Her name was Natalie. The food was hot & fresh and she even brought every plate to our table. We ordered a carne asada taco, birria taco, and carne asada fries. The food was 10/10 & the salsa bar was on point. This location is 1000% better than the one in San Bernardino. I was apprehensive at first to come try it because of alot of negative reviews but we will definitely be going back.

My Experience was Bad due to a lack of customer service.I send my Son to buy us dinner he want i to eat carne asada Burrito at Los Primos Tacos a place close by and already Garantee as a Good Service and Prices and I told him to go to Castanedas I hasmd a Good experience on the past until today I want to get the 2 chiles rellenos plates w rice and Beans and Tortillas.We couldn't find it on the Menu online and I told him to go they sure can help him over there.But I wasn't aware of the bad service.He tell them on spanish2 chiles rellenos or ask for ut and they give him 1 chile and 1 enchilada.We pay $28.28 for the order we didn't ask for a Free Food.I call them on the phone and explain the miss comunicacion and the girl tolme was my Son faul and if I want to get the right plate I have to pay for it.I told her that some one on his Company will definitely care about keeping a customer Happy and this customer can keep baying and eating his Food and she told me sha was a customer too.Another person cone to the line and very much told me she can not resolve my issue that she will write my number and give to the manager on charge and the manager will callme and is already Night time and no one call me I repeatedly told her I am not aleating my food because I really order 2 Chiles rellenos and no just 1 with a enchilada that I don't like.I believe they do not take a minute of their time to solve a customer concern and You have to be carefully came to this place I won't order any more food from here and I wish any other Mexican Restaurant come up and stay open 24 hrs like they do because other pkaces definitely has better service.
