What a great food truck/trailer! Everything is made fresh and tastes great. I had the trio #2 and all of the meats were excellent. The fried rice is money! Portions and prices are great too. I highly recommend hitting these guys up if close by.
I should've ordered extra yum yum sauce. I usually won't eat it anywhere but theirs was perfect. My noodles and rice were both seasoned and cooked very well. The grilled chicken was flavor juicy, and I loved that it wasn't overdone and dry. I placed a DoorDash order, when my food arrived it was still steaming hot! Fresh off the grill. I ordered this for takeout, and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The portions were big and filling. The fried rice was given in a generous amount and was very good with all of the meats, which had a nice grilled flavor. I ordered the 3 meat trio of steak, shrimp, and chicken, with fried rice and yakisoba noodles. I enjoyed my meal with a side of ginger sauce, yummy sauce, and a side of garlic butter.
