Just a heads up, the noodles are pretty spicy, so if you’re not used to heat, you might want to skip them lol. Overall, a solid choice and I’d definitely go back.“

“Friendly staff, immediate seating, and the sushi was perfect. The rice was tender with exactly the correct amount of vinegar, the fish was incredibly fresh and well prepared, and every single thing that I ordered was made with careful consideration.

I had the octopus, escolar, and surf clam nigiri, spicy scallop hand rolls, salmon carpaccio, and seared escolar. They were all incredibly well prepared with well-balanced sauce/togarashi.

I love that the sushi is also sized correctly, each piece is actually a single bite the way they're traditionally intended to be served.

The space is small, however if we end up dinning there we always have a table, didn't remember going there and being able to dine in. Parking is a little difficult as its busy, the store/restaurant is outside superior grocery so its a shared parking lot“

Also I think the manager was also nice. The only thing I didn’t like was the tune it tasted and looked weird. Everything else was so delicious.“

We have gotten to know the server who always takes good care of us. He remembers our ice tea orders. Food is insistently good! Today in honor of my retirement they treated us to a special dessert! I’ve had sushi from so many places, but THIS spot blows every other one out of the water. The food is insanely fresh, flavorful, and truly authentic — like melt-in-your-mouth good. The sushi chef (I didn’t catch his name, but he deserves a trophy) is not only incredibly skilled, but also so kind and welcoming. It was my first time here and he surprised me with a free roll on the house — who does that anymore?!
This place is a diamond in the rough and I’m honestly shocked it’s not already famous. If you’re even thinking about trying it, GO. RIGHT. NOW. You’ll thank me later.“

“God Dang!!!! This Ramen is legit! Lived 5 years in Japan teaching English. (Ibaraki-ken/Tokai-mura) I can tell you this ramen is on par. Please come and support this place. I see a lot of sushi spots steering away from keeping ramen on their menus. On a cold day there is nothing better! Oh and that pork cutlet steals the show. Perfectly cooked! “We found this place on a whim and found a gem in this area. They have a homemade sauce that pairs well with our meal . We even bought a bottle and the chef in the back gave us some chili oil that had a lot of heat. We got seafood and it was satisfying. Definitely coming back.“

“Stumbled upon by accident! I was intending to go to the Chinese Noodos restaurant, but they had no employees. I saw Noods Bar as I was leaving. I discriminate against no noodle and absolutely love ramen. This place was great! I had the Shoyu ramen with tofu and the happy hour meat gyoza. Great service and food. I'll be back!“

“Honestly the poke here is amazing, I kinda looked down on it at first due to the price and comparing the portions to panda next door but the amount of fish/protein you get for a normal is amazing. Definitely a more healthy alternative to the more greasy food around. I would argue that its better than some poke places off campus. Like other reviews have said the line does get long around 12-1 pm so I have always gone around 11am or 2pm+. Depends on your schedule obv. Thank you to all the student workers!“

“Went to this spot since I’ve been eyeing the location at the Tyler mall. We went late (an hour before close) and they quickly seated us! Service was great food was hot when it came out and the favor was amazing. Love how they made ramen unique to them so that it sticks in your mind. I got the shoyu on fire bowl and it was sooooo satisfying. I got it with medium heat which was the perfect amount of spicy! Loved that they had como ramen + appetizer special on the menu. We tried the gyoza and the Crispy Chicken Karaage and they were both excellent and loved the sauce that came with it. It was tasty enough to SLURP THE BOWL.
Only reason I’m dropping a star for atmosphere and service is because our ramen came out before the appetizer, the bathroom was also closed for cleaning the entire time we were there and I had to go after sipping on that ramen.

“Today was my 2nd time coming here, my sister knew about this place before I did and she doesn’t even live around my area lol. The food was really good, the place is clean. The 1 reason this place isn’t a 5 ⭐️ for me is the service. The 2x I’ve been here it’s semi empty and the servers still take a while to come around and ask if we need anything. The servers I’ve had have been nice and polite BUT just wish they would walk around more and ask if we need something. I don’t like waving staff over to get refills or napkins.“
