“Always loved their sushi here, friendly good service and good food. They make the sushi while you wait. The space is small, however if we end up dinning there we always have a table, didn't remember going there and being able to dine in. Parking is a little difficult as its busy, the store/restaurant is outside superior grocery so its a shared parking lot“

“The Summit Avenue exit on the 15 North before the Cajon Pass has only ever been a refueling spot but yesterday I experienced a minor medical issue that required a lengthy respite from the usual 5pm traffic nightmare. I’d never noticed the Sushi sign on the side of the building as I exited to Summit Avenue but today in desperate need for a safe spot to rest and recover from my medical malady I decided I’d enjoy sushi once I recovered from my health issue. Lo and behold, I discovered a hidden gem that I never imagined was tucked away at the Falcon Ridge shopping center, SUMMA SUSHI!!!! They immediately offered support as I dealt with my health issue and I realized I’d dropped into a place that would have made Cheers, the old tv show restaurant, proud. I sat at the sushi bar next to a wonderful repeat customer who would have made Norm proud. The sushi-rolling experts Kevin & JK knew her well & they joked and enjoyed the experience of sushi dining as only well-acquainted friends do. She was a regular and once my medical situation subsided with their patient support, she suggested I try the seared salmon roll, something I’d never tried before at any sushi restaurant. Servers Michelle & Valerie who’d been quite understanding of my situation when I’d arrived took my order with great service and smiles. The seared salmon roll was the perfect antidote for what had been a difficult health recovery. The salmon was seared perfectly and I wasted no time in savoring its deliciousness. By that time, I had the wonderful experience of meeting Dave, the congenial and gracious owner of SUMMA SUSHI who sat with me and my grandson and shared great stories about baseball and the restaurant’s origins and naming, explaining that he thought of Summa Sushi as the Latin origin of the word summa means peak of excellence. Without a doubt, the salmon and crab rolls were excellent as well as the conversation, banter, service and atmosphere. I don’t often review but when I do I can assure you that it is well-deserved. Dave has created a sweet spot, a hidden gem of sushi awesomeness! It isn’t just a restaurant, it’s a place “where everybody knows your name and you’re always glad you came”, to borrow from the Cheers theme song. I only wish I’d discovered SUMMA SUSHI years earlier. They’ve earned my loyalty for their food, their camaraderie, kindness and fun, unforgettable dining experience. So if you’re wondering where to dine before facing the Cajon Pass north traffic or after making your descent, don’t hesitate to drop in and be sure to interact with this wonderful team that not only offered excellent cuisine but a rare glimpse of truly caring individuals who love what they do and share that spirit of good food and company at a place where they will remember your name. My sincere gratitude and respect to Dave, Kevin, JK, Michelle, Valerie & Victor (kitchen prep) for a wonderful dining experience and new friends that I will definitely be returning to visit, not just for the excellent sushi but for the vibe of a place where they appreciate you and care.“

“It was good, id recommend it, would like to try and come back again someday. Ranks with the average price and taste around the fontana and rialto area. Would like to try some of their specialty foods next time. But just stopped for lunch, and ordered a white boy and subbed the topping for salmon. Not too busy for lunch so I'd recommend lunch. Service was par, never was offered a refill on drink so that can use some practice aside from that the server was kind and brought out orders on time, chef was cool seemed to know a regular. I overhead they even do catering. Might change score next time I try it but for now a solid 4“

“We came here on a Monday around 2pm. There was no wait and a few tables were taken. The service was good, both our server and the runners were friendly. The selection during lunch was good as well, not too much and not too little. My kids enjoyed this Wagyu Factory in Rancho.

My only issue is that the bathroom was that the bathroom wasn't as clean. And when you have young children it makes things difficult.“

“Had a delicious meal here at Tenmaya!! The quality of fish was excellent, and my favorite piece of the premium sashimi platter was the uni. Very generous portion. Staff is very nice and the playlist is exactly what I wanted while eating japanese food. I'll be back.“

“Restaurant is a little small and it's very bright inside. Went for happy hour and got the regular combo ($15) and premium combo ($22). The premium combo was a little disappointing- got the baked crawfish roll and the roll was dry and rice tasted old. Happy with the standard combo though. The salmon kama was well cooked and juicy and so was the soft shell crab. The greens and sauce that came with it were also very good. Saw most people there ordering soup or ramen so maybe that's what's good here? Decent Japanese spot but not filling, especially for the price. I wouldn't get the sushi again but would get other items.“

Just a heads up, the noodles are pretty spicy, so if you’re not used to heat, you might want to skip them lol. Overall, a solid choice and I’d definitely go back.“

“Got recommended by coworker and been coming here for half a year. Hands down it's one of the best sushi spots I been to. They stay open till midnight so if you work late an want sushi this the place to eat at. The spicy/garlic edemame is delicious and just the right amount of spicy to hit you and still want to keep eating it. Also, the Seoul chicken wings are bomb. Hands down best rolls and I would recommend to anyone is the Citrus Roll. I order everytime I come here. The service is great and the staff is really friendly. They make you feel welcomed. Devina is an excellent server. She always greets us and knows that we get extra ginger, ponzu and Sriracha. Shout out to her, we are always glad to see her. Would recommended“

I would say their crunchy roll and their chicken udon is the best (my bias) and they are always quick and efficient when especially since my family orders 5+ items every time we order out here. The restaurant is clean and well kept, with plenty of seating and a fun sushi-themed interior. The storefront is easy to find, and there’s also a nice outdoor area nearby with tables and palm trees. A great place to stop for sushi and enjoy a relaxed meal.“

“Overall this is a great place, my favorite turned out to be Citrus Roll, and Vegas Roll was quite good too. Service was great. They charge $10 for all-you-can-eat leftovers if you ask them for a box.

“My husband and I have been meeting for lunch here during the work week over the last year or so. We probably go at least once every two weeks to Sushi Miguel's. We have gotten to know the server who always takes good care of us. He remembers our ice tea orders. Food is insistently good! Today in honor of my retirement they treated us to a special dessert! I’ve had sushi from so many places, but THIS spot blows every other one out of the water. The food is insanely fresh, flavorful, and truly authentic — like melt-in-your-mouth good. The sushi chef (I didn’t catch his name, but he deserves a trophy) is not only incredibly skilled, but also so kind and welcoming. It was my first time here and he surprised me with a free roll on the house — who does that anymore?!
This place is a diamond in the rough and I’m honestly shocked it’s not already famous. If you’re even thinking about trying it, GO. RIGHT. NOW. You’ll thank me later.“

“We found this place on a whim and found a gem in this area. They have a homemade sauce that pairs well with our meal . We even bought a bottle and the chef in the back gave us some chili oil that had a lot of heat. We got seafood and it was satisfying. Definitely coming back.“

“Went to this spot since I’ve been eyeing the location at the Tyler mall. We went late (an hour before close) and they quickly seated us! Service was great food was hot when it came out and the favor was amazing. Love how they made ramen unique to them so that it sticks in your mind. I got the shoyu on fire bowl and it was sooooo satisfying. I got it with medium heat which was the perfect amount of spicy! Loved that they had como ramen + appetizer special on the menu. We tried the gyoza and the Crispy Chicken Karaage and they were both excellent and loved the sauce that came with it. It was tasty enough to SLURP THE BOWL.
Only reason I’m dropping a star for atmosphere and service is because our ramen came out before the appetizer, the bathroom was also closed for cleaning the entire time we were there and I had to go after sipping on that ramen.

Super delicious broth and one of the waitress was super nice, we asked if the amount of noodles was enough or if she recommends to add more (cuz yeah, we are big backs) haha, and she said that the amount of noodles in the ramen it’s more than enough (so we didn’t ordered extra noodles) and when she came with our order, she brought us extra noodles “on the house” :) that was super nice. “Located inside the Ontario Mills Mall. We stopped by for a snack wall cruising the mall to blow time before our flight out of the Ontario Airport. We didn’t want to eat too much so we just shared an order of shrimp dumplings and pan fried Pork dumplings. The dumplings were good by themselves, but the dipping sauce was a little too vinegary for me. They also serve ramen, noodle dishes, rice bowls, some traditional Taiwanese dishes, sushi, hibachi entrees, smoothies and more. It’s a nice place to have a meal and their prices are very reasonable. They can be better at keeping the tables clean after customers leave.“
