“Went on a Thursday around 6p with my bestie and our 2 pre-teens. Food was fantastic, arrived quickly after we ordered. Location is clean and open, service was good. Ramen was flavorful without being overly salty, drinks were cold and apps were great. Can’t wait to return again!“

“We came here on a Monday around 2pm. There was no wait and a few tables were taken. The service was good, both our server and the runners were friendly. The selection during lunch was good as well, not too much and not too little. My kids enjoyed this Wagyu Factory in Rancho.

My only issue is that the bathroom was that the bathroom wasn't as clean. And when you have young children it makes things difficult.“

“First time here. Service was excellent! William helped us decide on our order and was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The food is delicious and the presentation was perfect. We had the spicy miso ramen with gyozas and salmon teriyaki with tempura. The gyozas and tempura were perfectly crispy. My husband loved the ramen and he could make it as spicy as he wanted. The miso soup is one of the best I've had. The salmon was excellent and all the sauces were delicious. We will definitely be back!“

“Came in with zero expectations, just wanted to destroy a mountain of food. Surprisingly solid meat quality and selection. Most of the sides were good too, just not the corn & cheese and the golden oyster roll. Those missed.

Service was fine at first, then a wave of people hit and everything slowed down hard. Only two people running the host stand and dining area, so that tracks.

Also found out you can get scoops of ice cream even though it’s not on the menu. Only knew because we saw the table next to us get some. Hidden little win.

“This was our first visit to Tenmaya Japanese Restaurant in Eastvale, and the first thing we discovered is that their menu is approximately the size of the Tokyo phone book.

Our waiter, Jacob, appeared immediately to take our drink order and then wisely retreated while we studied the menu, consulted one another, reconsidered our decisions, changed our minds, and aged several years. The man has the patience of a hostage negotiator.

When I finally ordered, I requested a customization that would make my meal take a little longer. Jacob warned me ahead of time, which I appreciated. No problem. I had already survived the menu-selection process. I was basically immortal.

And GOOD LORD, the food was delicious.

We ordered several appetizers, soups, and sushi rolls because apparently our strategy was not “dinner” so much as “conduct an extensive culinary investigation.” Everything was fresh, beautifully prepared, and delicious. Not one sad little plate among them.

Now, I could be wrong, but I believe Jacob may have been the ONLY waiter working in a completely packed restaurant. If so, someone needs to study this man for science. He was taking orders, refilling drinks, checking tables, delivering things, and somehow remaining friendly and completely calm. Meanwhile, I become overwhelmed when three people text me at once.

Our drinks stayed full, we were checked on regularly, and we never felt forgotten. Jacob was basically running the dining room like an air-traffic controller—except everyone was carrying soup.

The entire shopping center was also exceptionally clean, well maintained, and felt very safe. Always appreciated when your evening plans involve raw fish and not an episode of Dateline.

Tenmaya isn’t inexpensive. Our wallets definitely knew we’d been out for sushi. But the quality was excellent, and we’d much rather pay a little more for genuinely great food than save $20 and spend the drive home discussing our regrets.

We live over an hour away, so unfortunately Tenmaya can’t become our neighborhood sushi joint. But we’ll absolutely be back someday.

“It's pricey but that's because the quality is that good. The food was amazing and the chef was a real good host(they cook in front of you). He was very friendly and entertaining even cracking jokes. And on top of that he had an animatronic ratatouille in his hat! So the kids were entertained too. Went for a birthday and the service and overall experience was above and beyond“

“Located right next to Cal Poly college, Jinza Teriyaki is a great spot to eat after classes, my all time favorite is the Loco Moco bowl. The people are incredibly nice and especially early the place is a nice quite area to eat in. “This place is good! Came in randomly and I left satisfied. The prices here are very reasonable. Great value. I didn't get sesame seeds, don't know if it's an option, but overall the food was still good. I kinda wish they charged a little more and gave more proteins in their meals. I had the chicken and beef combo. Their teriyaki sauce is goof and what you expect it to be. The char is nice on the chicken and the beef was tender. I will be back and I guess I'll ask if extra meat is a thing? Oh and I'll ask for sesame seeds and green onions.“

“My husband and I first came here in December 2025. Our dog was having dental surgery in the same plaza and while we were waiting , we walked here to have dinner. The interior is basic and they do have indoor seating. We were really impressed. We tried both the beef and chicken and ordered a crunch roll to share.

Fast forward to today, we've eaten here 3-4 times now and every time has been excellent. My husband has been here one more time than me lol.

The combo comes with soup and either a California roll or spicy tuna. Great to support a small family business.“

“This cafe lives up to its name, Tasty food fast service. Quiet calm atmosphere. Good for small parties couples or eating alone/enjoying a snack and a book at the same time.

They have sake , bottled beers, canned sodas, iced teas and bobba teas. There is a loyalty program and various types of seating from both type to chair&table, couches and counter style (on the north wall side).“

“The take-out box was convenient, if not finished in restaurant. The beef and chicken were great with the provided salad dressing, rather than the teriyaki sauce. It was placed as side as suggested by the host, especially that I was a diabetic. The water was refilled as needed, which was appreciated. I also asked for a second bowl of miso, which I enjoyed. Overall, it was great to have a meal at the Bento Box in Chino.“

“Wow this place surprised me so much, I went on my birthday it was a Thursday mid day and it was lonely. Not sure if that’s good or not but as we walked in, we were greeted and welcomed to a nice beautiful atmosphere.

Open concept, nice design. We were serviced beautifully everything was clean and squeaky clean floors.

Menu was okay to read, but we were able to order a few yummy rolls.

Wow the my favorite was the Vegas roll the combo with the crispy outer layer and the fresh fish on top with avocado with sauce oof it was delicious a must order option!
Everything was delicious and what made the difference was freshness.

I would definitely come here again or order out, but it seems a lot of people order out. Dining in was a great experience and more need to come and experience everything as well at least when they can.

Parking was a bit difficult, one level and easy wheelchair access.

The quality of the fish is great and I love the different rolls they have there. Service is excellent and I am always greeted quickly and with a smile. “Went to Wabi Sabi with a friend on a weekday night, and honestly, the plaza felt really quiet and almost deserted. From the outside, it was also hard to tell if the restaurant was even open because the inside looked so dark.

I’ll admit, I almost suggested leaving after seeing some less-than-great reviews on Yelp. But since my friend picked the restaurant, we decided to give it a try. Turns out, we were actually the only customers there that night!

We ordered:

Red Tonkatsu Ramen
Miso Tonkatsu Ramen

Both ramen were actually tastes okay, the broth was flavorful, although I found it a little on the oily side, so I didn’t end up drinking much of the soup. Red Tonkatsu got spicy kick but not that spicy as others mentioned.

One thing I noticed was that the pork wasn’t the traditional Japanese chashu. Instead, they use a pan-fried pork belly, which is still as tasty.

The service was attentive and friendly, and since the restaurant was so quiet, we had a very peaceful dinner and plenty of time to catch up.

More like 3.5 stars but I rounded up to 4. Not bad but not the best ramen in SGV area.“

“Very pretty place. Our server was such a sweetheart and would come up with lots of little jokes.
We had miso soup, gyoza, and 3 sushi rolls. The gyoza was fried, so it wasn’t my favorite, but everything else was super tasty. I really recommend the Redondo Roll. It has mango, crab, avocado, rice paper, and eel sauce. The mango complimented the taste so well.
For dessert, I would recommend the macaron with ice cream.“
