Came in with zero expectations, just wanted to destroy a mountain of food. Surprisingly solid meat quality and selection. Most of the sides were good too, just not the corn & cheese and the golden oyster roll. Those missed.
Service was fine at first, then a wave of people hit and everything slowed down hard. Only two people running the host stand and dining area, so that tracks.

Had a great experience at Holy Cow! The food was delicious, and Jolin was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. She made sure everything was perfect and made our visit even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!
Holy Cow was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and so satisfying. Definitely one of the best meals I’ve had recently — I’d absolutely come back again!

The food at Holy Cow is fantastic and amazing. The Japanese BBQ restaurant, great quality meat, fun table‑grilling experience. Server Kenny and server Ken are friendly, attentive and helpful, fast responding service. You will got wagu experience, the best of best, and the menu huge even for the lowest tier. The place is nice, perfect spot for good food and drinks. You celebrated birthday here and love the high flavor and quality. The server was knowledgeable of the different type of meat and made the experience even more special. You will definitely come back.
