This place was full when we came but one staff immediately cleaned a table for us... nice! Food was superb & so with the service. I love their Orange Sushi... it's was one of the best sushi I ever had! Love this place. We're sure to come back.
Love Yatai. Our favorite sushi restaurant. We went tonight in celebration of our daughter's 44th birthday. They even made it a point to bring out ice cream with a candle and sang Happy Birthday to her. What a blessing it was 💖🙏
Great little place! Food was amazing! Will definitely go back soon.

Based on the reviews, Yatai Sushi offers delicious food with fresh seafood, including impressively fresh and generously cut sashimi with thick, clean slices and a natural sweetness, especially the white fish. The Pink Roll is a highlight with well-seasoned spicy tuna and rich, buttery salmon. The mini seafood bowl is a great value at $25, featuring tender toro and fresh, creamy uni. The 911 roll and tempura udon also hit the spot, and the chicken cutlet comes drenched in spicy mayo. The atmosphere is cozy and casual with an izakaya vibe, warm, lively, and relaxed. However, service is inconsistent. Some reviewers experienced terrible service from a waitress with an attitude who did not check on the table, while others found the service friendly and attentive. There were also reports of feeling rushed toward the end of the meal, being asked several times if ready to pay before closing. Prices are on the higher side and portions aren’t especially filling, but the quality is undeniable. The restaurant is clean and has great potential, with solid food that makes it a spot worth returning to, especially during weekday Happy Hour for better value.
