The ramen always hits, at any time of the day. They did update their menus!
Every time I come to this establishment it seems the issue I have is inconsistency. Every other visit I either have something on my food I specifically asked to take off or a topping is missing. I always make sure the cashier reads back my order to make sure it's correct before paying. Seems the issue is on the cooks end. Depending on who is cooking the food it is either really good or all bland. I think all cooks should be on the same page when it comes to seasoning/quality....read full review
I came in about 10 PM and ordered the Chashu pork ramen. The wait is about 10 minutes and for about 27 dollars it’s worth your money. The pork tasted good with a salty flavor and just right texture not too hard not too soft. The ramen broth was heartwarming with seaweed and Chashu flavor. I ordered the spicy option but they also have a non spicy option. FYI they also blast rock music if that’s your thing.
