Excellent service by Jocelyn earlier! Above and beyond for sure! She was super friendly and knowledgeable about their ice cream cakes, the DQ app and the menu.
After writing the message on our birthday cake, she offered to place it in the freezer while we got our food order and ate, as we couldn’t agree on whether to eat in the car or when we got home. Thank you for taking care of us like family!

I met the franchise owner Joanna at the airport in Phoenix and she told me she works for Dairy Queen and I told her how much I love Dairy Queen. She said I should come to her store because they had my favorite item Buster bars. We went on Friday night after dinner and they were wonderful as good as I remembered

I just bought a cake for my mother today. The person that was helping me asked Mia to finish helping me but refused to help Me because I asked for extra cheese cake on top she said she did not want to do it and left to the kitchen with an attitud. She just said I don't want to do this and left my cake. Before me their was a nother customer she refused to help. She was asking for her ascream and she got mad at her for not showing her receipt after another employee had told her to look up her order and give her her ice cream . This girl has the worst attitude and gives the worst customer service I don't know why she is still working their . I am a constant customer and I know they have better workers their sadly because of people like Mia. by the way has supper long eyelashes and brases does not wear glubs wile handling the food and changes to cashier with out washing her hands when she goes back to the food. Food contamination were are the people that should be inspectioning that place.

Not good at all chicken strips had more skin then actually meat French fries under cooked My daughter said the ice cream taste funny so I tasted it and it had a weird taste to it how to u make chicken strips with over fried hard skin and it barely have meat in side of it woow

They still.have great food but.expensive.

I haven't been to a DQ in years. We stopped in because it was a worm day, and an ice cream sounded real good. The associated behind the counter were very friendly.

Haven't had a dq item in over a decade so I went after work hoping I'd have a treat. It was disappointing to say the least.for $5 this is awful in terms of portion. Not sure if you're ice cream machine is not working right or it's hot in store cause my ice cream was already melting and somewhat runny and I was still in the drive thru. The caramel was great!
