Extremely disappointing experience. I waited over two hours for my order while they repeatedly kept extending the completion time with no real explanation. Instead of resolving the issue, they eventually told me to cancel the order myself after all that waiting. After two hours of wasted time, I finally had no choice but to cancel. Completely unacceptable service and very unprofessional handling of the situation.
