El Viejon mariscos and sushi RESTAURANT

Horrible service waitress gave me the wrong card called to see if my card was there the guy name Juan was rude very unhelpful he tells me it's my fault for not checking my card. Didn't take no fault for their mistake instead argues with a pregnant woman. Boss reached out to me and apologized but they need better employees. Uprofessional workers.

Unorganized service. Our waitress was taking other tables orders ahead of us even though we were there first. Totally dysfunction. Won't be returning. 1hr to get out food. Unreal

We just decided to try this place out. After all the mixed reviews we took our chances. The customer service at this location was horrible. No personalities or attentiveness . First, we walked in there and were asked to seat ourselves, which was fine. Then, we are sitting there waiting for like 15/20 minutes u til someone brought us chips and asked if we wanted drinks.(a family that came in after us was already ordering the food by this time)… We waited so long to get our order taken. It was weird bc first it was a waitress then she disappeared and it was the manager helping us. The food also took a while to come out, which is understandable, but when it did it was dry or too spicy or simply flavorless. So from our experience (adults and children included in our party) .. I would not recommend. If you like good customer service (like us) and good food - definitely not the place! Inside it looked nice-but that was about it. And for the dry nuggets, flower less burger, over spicy tacos, and unwelcoming staff- this was definitely a FAIL! Considering the food and customer service, it is was overpriced! Could have spent $100 elsewhere… and enjoyed my experience.

Place is nice but thats about it. We went on a week day, there were inly 3 tables. It took them 20 min to bring out drinks and take our order. Another 40 minutes to bring out food, except sushi which arrived 10-15 minutes later.

The camarones a la diabla were so cold amd the rice portion so small as never seen before. I ordered a coctail and the pulpo was so hard to chew and the shrimp masudo. The rib eye was so dry and no flavor but was eatable. I never complain, injust dont go back and never write reviews but this one deserve a review.

I eat out a lot and i have to say that this was the worst $120 ever spent.

Omg I'm in love ❤️ food and service is great.. mostly seafood hence the name lol but they did have steak options .. I never knew putting Mayo on your Tostada was a thing 😆

I love the place but not the food I order the molcajete, the octopus was hard and overall not good.

This restaurant is by FAR ONE OF THE BEST restaurants with Sushi and Mariscos!!! Their service was one of the BEST!! Its a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for and i can reassure you YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! 💯❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

I came in here to grab sushi 🍣 and this is what I got!! They have no ginger btw....Wasabi was in an old bottle, and the salsa I got was not good!! A disgrace and very poor quality and Japan would be pissed knowing this restaurant is doing this!!! Rice 🍚 in sushi was gross 😝 and the salmoncito roll i got was 18 bucks I promise go anywhere else even sushi Miguel's 🍣 is better than this!! Smh...just stick to Mexican food Viejon Mariscos Only!!!

Do not come here on the weekend or a busy day. People were waiting at least half an hr to be helped. I waited half an hr just for a pickup order never coming here again!!

This is by far the best Mexican seafood. I’ve had fresh taste good service. I would highly recommend this place.

Came here 11/23 around 10 pm and we walk in and they just randomly say they’re closed because it’s slow… then why have the restaurant hours until midnight? Disappointed.

Food is delicious, service is great. Diana is the best.
