Horrible service, ordered oysters and they were raw, I complained to waiter and she laughed about it. They pick and choose who to offer decent customer service.

What a waste of money. The service is horrible, the servers barely want to do their job. I’ve been to this location multiple times thinking maybe it’ll be better and again I am disappointed. There were 2 parties ahead of me not once were we greeted, we stood at the door for almost 5 mins and servers came and went and not one had the courtesy to at least say “welcome”. On another occasion i was ignored for more than 10mins when all I had asked for was ketchup, mind you the restaurant wasn’t even packed, I asked one server she left and never came back. The last visit was my last straw, I ordered Yakimeshi especial $15.99 that is described to have shrimp tempura with fried rice. I received a whole plate of rice and sauce and literally ONE SHRIMP CUT INTO 4 PIECES! I paid $16 for rice. Never going to this place again. If you decide to go here be ready to either waste your time or pay for overpriced food falsely advertised or both.

Placed an order over the phone,however they tell you it’ll be ready within a certain time but when you arrive the order wasn’t ready.Had to wait additional time although it’s pretty dead in there.Young girls run the place and have attitude when you ask them a question.Wont be returning.Good luck!

Visited El Viejon Mariscos & Sushi with my husband and two kids, and we had a great experience! We ordered the pulpo zarandeado for the family, and everyone loved it. I had the ostiones preparados and the Guamichilito roll—both were fresh and full of flavor. The atmosphere was even better than the food—fun but not too loud, which made it surprisingly kid-friendly. Shoutout to our server Vanessa—she was so sweet and attentive. We’ll definitely be back!

Horrible service waitress gave me the wrong card called to see if my card was there the guy name Juan was rude very unhelpful he tells me it's my fault for not checking my card. Didn't take no fault for their mistake instead argues with a pregnant woman. Boss reached out to me and apologized but they need better employees. Uprofessional workers.

Unorganized service. Our waitress was taking other tables orders ahead of us even though we were there first. Totally dysfunction. Won't be returning. 1hr to get out food. Unreal

We just decided to try this place out. After all the mixed reviews we took our chances. The customer service at this location was horrible. No personalities or attentiveness . First, we walked in there and were asked to seat ourselves, which was fine. Then, we are sitting there waiting for like 15/20 minutes u til someone brought us chips and asked if we wanted drinks.(a family that came in after us was already ordering the food by this time)… We waited so long to get our order taken. It was weird bc first it was a waitress then she disappeared and it was the manager helping us. The food also took a while to come out, which is understandable, but when it did it was dry or too spicy or simply flavorless. So from our experience (adults and children included in our party) .. I would not recommend. If you like good customer service (like us) and good food - definitely not the place! Inside it looked nice-but that was about it. And for the dry nuggets, flower less burger, over spicy tacos, and unwelcoming staff- this was definitely a FAIL! Considering the food and customer service, it is was overpriced! Could have spent $100 elsewhere… and enjoyed my experience.

Delicious! They could've came a little faster but still good

Place is nice but thats about it. We went on a week day, there were inly 3 tables. It took them 20 min to bring out drinks and take our order. Another 40 minutes to bring out food, except sushi which arrived 10-15 minutes later.

The camarones a la diabla were so cold amd the rice portion so small as never seen before. I ordered a coctail and the pulpo was so hard to chew and the shrimp masudo. The rib eye was so dry and no flavor but was eatable. I never complain, injust dont go back and never write reviews but this one deserve a review.

I eat out a lot and i have to say that this was the worst $120 ever spent.

Omg I'm in love ❤️ food and service is great.. mostly seafood hence the name lol but they did have steak options .. I never knew putting Mayo on your Tostada was a thing 😆
