Live a block away but choose to go to the one in Fontana because the quality is completely different. Even their rice is wrong. Feels like it’s own independent store vs a franchise. Still have Covid screens up like it’s 2020. No clue what’s happening here.

Terrible service, I bought an order of 2 whole chickens... but the tortillas were super stuck when trying to take them off, they broke and the sauces didn't even cover them well. When I called to explain what had happened, it seemed like the person who answered was kind of stupid because he didn't even care.
Bloomington location… Good food if you get someone who can be honest and professional. We Called before to find out if they were still open, so we wouldn’t waste time or gas. They said as long as we get there before 9:00 they’d take our order. We got there with time to spare and they had already locked the door and hid from us in the back. That’s really POOR customer service. They could’ve just told us they didn’t take orders after a certain time so we didn’t waste our time. And then after we were there at the locked door, an employee should have (instead of hiding) come to the door and said something like “sorry, we’re you the one who just called? We should have told you that we don’t take orders past a certain time.” Very unprofessional. We took our money somewhere else.
