Terrible service, I bought an order of 2 whole chickens... but the tortillas were super stuck when trying to take them off, they broke and the sauces didn't even cover them well. When I called to explain what had happened, it seemed like the person who answered was kind of stupid because he didn't even care.
Bloomington location… Good food if you get someone who can be honest and professional. We Called before to find out if they were still open, so we wouldn’t waste time or gas. They said as long as we get there before 9:00 they’d take our order. We got there with time to spare and they had already locked the door and hid from us in the back. That’s really POOR customer service. They could’ve just told us they didn’t take orders after a certain time so we didn’t waste our time. And then after we were there at the locked door, an employee should have (instead of hiding) come to the door and said something like “sorry, we’re you the one who just called? We should have told you that we don’t take orders past a certain time.” Very unprofessional. We took our money somewhere else.

This is the 2nd time I go and the tortillas are could food is cold
Went with a friend and ordered the two taco combo for each. It came with two tacos (duh!), potato salad, and a drink. The total for the two dinners was about $22.00, a little expensive but then again what isn't these days? While the restaurant may not be much to look at, just a big open area with some tables and chairs,with no real ambiance to speak of. The chicken tacos however were delicious! I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty they were and the potato salad wasn't half bad either ! It's not exactly a romantic spot for you and your other but it's ok for a quick bite and a little friendly chat.
The restaurant smelled unpleasant to say the least. The piña colada drink was not good at all.

Being in the refrigeration field, if your air conditioning is not working the chances they're not taking care of the refrigeration which has the food very slim. I'll never come here again. Pollo loco's down the street I'll go there and spend more money.

We came into the Juan Pollo's in Bloomington, CA on August 3, 2024 about 15 minutes before closing. They were out of rice promting us to order quesadillas instead of the rice bowls that we were looking forward to. When we got home the quesadillas consisted of VERY little cheese and a lot of chicken, nothing else. Basicly, we ate tortillas with chicken inside. The girl at the resigter was very friendly and seemed sorry for the situation. We have been to other Juan Pollo's that were great and I would go back to their establishments but we will not be coming back to the one in Bloomington, CA.
Worst Nachos I've ever had. Flat soda.
