I had a very disappointing experience at Taco Bell during the night shift at the drive-thru. The employee at the window was extremely rude and unprofessional. which was very inconvenient, and their behavior towards customers was completely unacceptable. The management really needs to pay attention to this issue. A place like Taco Bell should ensure respectful and helpful service at all hours. I hope the manager addresses this seriously and takes appropriate action.

Cashier was rude because I ordered at register and not at tablet
I asked for regular fiesta potatoes look at this crap . This store has a accuracy of 100% shorting peoples sour cream and nacho cheese like only 5 potatoes have nacho cheese yet they charge around 3$ per fiesta potatoes this is some crap potatoes. This store again always messes up on my food. I worked for Taco Bell it's not that hard to follow a recipe that is on a laminated sheet . I should have bought a bag of potatoes and fried them myself FOR THE SAME PRICE but I was looking forward to not cooking having something reliable haven't been to this Taco Bell in a minute because they always mess up . Now this has convinced me ...
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS TACO BELL ...UNLESS YOU DONT MIND GETTING OFF TO FIX YOUR ORDER EVERY TIME !
DEFEATS THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF GOING THROUGH DRIVE THRU
I can't understand how this location is still open. I'm done giving them any more chances. They are never open when their hours say their open. The few times I've been there, they always ask me to roll back and then forward in the drive-through to reset the timer and make it look like they're providing faster service. Is that my problem as the customer? Now, they've stopped serving breakfast entirely (probably because their employees are always a few hours late in the morning). Since I had to rethink my entire order since there was no breakfast foods, they kept asking me every 20 seconds if I was ready to order and complaining about the time. After they asked me like eleven times if I was ready to order and seemed upset that I was racking up their drive-through timer, I just left and went to Carl's Jr. Never again. What a nightmare.
Really bad service, food was cold, i asked the lady for more napkins and she gave me a bad attitude instead.
I have never seen a manager get as aggressive with an employee as I saw tonight. Didn’t even give her a minute after almost making her cry. The employee was literally asking for a minute to collect herself after almost crying, but this manager was almost getting in her face and not letting her, forcing her to take order.
Taco Bell’s service is abysmal. I received my cold and stale food, and when I complained, they acted like they didn’t receive my order. The employee who answered the phone put me on hold to speak with the general manager, but both the general manager and the employee hung up on me. I called multiple times, and they kept picking up and hanging up. After five calls, they disconnected the line permanently to avoid dealing with me.
This is the general manager’s fault for her poor management skills and refusal to accommodate my complaint. It’s ridiculous that she allows this to happen.

Bad service the lady behind the head set at drive through really rude I believe was the same one at the window, you work on a restaurant and customers need good service
Nobody helps you like before you order on a dam screen. Food comes back all wrong. Go back to the old ways .
