The Blue Jay blue cheese burger at Spade and Spatula is amazing (wagyu beef patty, gorgonzola crumble, balsamic glaze, candied bacon, garlic aioli, lettuce, tomato). Wagyu beef comes from Japanese cows that are fed a special diet. The beef is a different color from regular hamburger meat, and it tastes much different and much better.

It's kind of disappointing to be told they are too busy with real people sitting down and eating to take a to go order for someone in the business next door that doesn't have time to come and sit down for lunch. I guess those 'real diners' are hungrier than I am or their money is better or they leave better tips? I just don't get it...but after having it done to me 3 times, I'm done.
The food here made me gay. 100/10 thank you, Spade and Spatula!
