This place was great. Friendly staff, the best French toast and there are games like uno and Jenga the kids can play while you wait. We stumbled upon it by accident and so glad we did. All the foods were fresh and tasty.
Spade and Spatula is a must-visit for anyone craving delicious farm to table food and exceptional service. I loved the fresh and flavorful Grilled Salmon Salad, perfectly cooked and paired with vibrant greens. The Blue Jay blue cheese burger at Spade and Spatula is amazing (wagyu beef patty, gorgonzola crumble, balsamic glaze, candied bacon, garlic aioli, lettuce, tomato). Wagyu beef comes from Japanese cows that are fed a special diet. The beef is a different color from regular hamburger meat, and it tastes much different and much better.
