Beautiful newly renovated hotel. Easy check in, great service and very clean. Traveling as a single woman I felt safe and comfortable. The team is amazing and helpful. The casino has a good variety of restaurants and every restaurant I ate at was very good, reasonably priced with big portions.

Really enjoy the casino and with this stay, the hotel! Sadly, restaurant choices seem minimal and the service was a bit off. The server, once engaged, was awesome and the food plentiful! I would recommend using your players card for your discount as it makes the cost more reasonable! As for gaming? Some of the best - good selection of games and tables including Game King offerings! The weekly pay and monthly gifts are truly appreciated! The hotel was very comfortable and safe and the front desk staff very accommodating! Although I didn’t use the Spa services, I did stop in to make a purchase and “Foxie” one of the staff stayed past closed so I would have to come back the next day - great service! Only negatives - music is TOO loud, especially in the morning, should consider a better mix that speaks to all age groups as I heard some mutterings that folks find that too hard to appreciate. Only recommendations: add a coffee/barista bar and perhaps a place besides the gas station for late night snacks!

We were not expecting a really nice hotel but we were wrong! The room was nicely equipped with all the essentials: Well designed layout, good AC, black out shades, ample plug ins, safe, mini fridge, coffee maker etc. It was spacious and comfortable. The beds were great! All the details were considered and appreciated. To top it off, service was outstanding. Everyone was wonderful and helpful. Being attached to a casino was the cherry on top!

Avoid room 105 and it’s surrounds at all costs. It’s literally right next to the lobby. Impossible to sleep with echoing voices, clunking luggage, and elevator chimes all night. Asked to move but of course the property was “fully booked.” Would like to stay here again as the room itself was nicely appointed but can’t risk more sleepless nights in return for my $300/night shell out.

I came here to see a concert definitely not knowing what to expect. They were friendly at check in and got my room quickly. The rooms, which are recently remodeled, are very nice in my opinion. There's not much to do within walking distance, so have a plan. Alice's restaurant was tasty and the service was great. I couldn't believe how good the clam chowder was, and that's not an opinion that's a fact (LOL). I loved seeing a show there, as you get a wristband and can walk anywhere in the casino during the show. It's very cool to have a good time and walk one minute back to your room. The casino was fine, although Im not much of a gambler. So all in all, if there's a show there you should go for sure.

We received prompt and very friendly service upon entering the hotel and the casino/restaurant area. The hotel’s new renovations are beautiful, and all areas were very clean and smelled nice/new. The tables in the lobby are amazing! The room was decorated beautifully and modern, and the view from the patio was great as well.

Excellent experience all the way around. Hotel staff (Kelly) quick addressed any and all of our concerns and needs. That started the stay off on the right foot. The rooms are newly renovated and our view was magnificent. We enjoyed the bar and dining, prime rib was excellent. Definitely where we plan to stay on our frequent trips to the area.

Staying at the Blue Lake hotel/casino was very relaxing. First, the hotel. It was very clean and the rooms large and modern. Generally, the location is very quiet. The bed I had was a king that was extremely comfortable. The room is equipped with a small fridge and of course TV, modern charging ports for electronics and cell phones are located next to the bed. The bathroom and shower were also very clean and modern. Shampoo, conditioner, skin cream and hand soap are in cradles that are easy to access. The casino is small, but also very clean and is no smoking. The usual assortment of slots and games as well as table games are available. The restaurant in house is one of two. One is called Alice's restaurant and the other The Wave sushi bar. There's also a regular bar too. The resturant food is available breakfast, lunch and dinner. I'd give Alice's 3 out of 5 stars You can order from a limited menu such items as burgers, chicken sandwiches, appetizers, salads and soups. A chicken picata they serve is very good. Can't judge the sushi restaurant since I didn't eat there. Walking to the two restaurants is fast and easy via a short connecting hallway between the casino and the hotel. Bottom line, my experience at the Blue Lake Hotel and Casino was exceptional. I recommend it highly. By the way, the front desk staff were extremely helpful and very friendly people which always starts off a stay right.

Been a couple years since my last trip here. Their renovation was really well done. Rooms are well planned and much quieter. Prices are up a bit though. James and Jen made the casino stop much more enjoyable. Dena at the front desk was outstanding as usual. Should be back in May.

I've stayed at this facility often over the past 7 years. They've recently completed a renovation that makes staying there a genuine joy. The rooms are visually beautiful, even elegant. The bed and other furnishings very comfortable, and the amenities high quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back!
