“...so i wandered in on a total whim and honestly it was way better than i expected from the outside. the vibe is super chill and the bartender made me a drink that was actualy perfect. only thing is they playlist felt a bit random for the mood, like someone just hit shuffle on a huge library. still left already thinking about when i can come back, which says alot.”

My only constructive criticism is I would have loved to see more add in/topping options. I think that would have sent this ramen over the edge, but none the less, it was fantastic!”

“I bought for the 1st time last week. I have tried a few things that I bought so far. I wish they sold their Nutty Granola in 2 lb bags - can't stop eating it. The Black Rye Shortbread Cookies tasted so good with my morning coffee. I am looking forward to trying more. I was also very surprised by the way they box/ship their product. I have never had a packaged delivered packed so good.”

“We were sick, worked late, lacked sleep and only wanted to stay home in pjs. Went on the ole Door Dash and saw Backwood Burritos was available! 20 minutes later these piping hot, life giving beauties were on our front porch. Of course it would have been fun to visit Britton in person on this beautiful day at his cart on G Street. But for today this was an amazing option. So delicious and the jalapeños are kicking our colds butts! Thank you!”

At first I was confused about that, now I just love to go and not worry about what to order; knowing whatever it is will be a delight. “Great tasting steak street tacos and green sauce at a good price!!! Fast and yummy! The very nice gentleman even took my order on the phone and had it hot and ready when I arrived. Good amount of steak on the tacos too! I made 2 tacos out of the 1 I ordered! Apparently they are well established in the community and stay busy so I'm sure the food is always fresh! It is a good taco truck! Clean and it smells great just walking up to it. I'll definitely be back 🙂”

“As someone with food sensitivity ( Celiac) I have to be careful with dining out. However the Ladies who took care of my Sister & I on 7/1/2026 were absolutely amazing. They were so kind & answered all my questions so we could order a Gluten free meal with ease. We shared a Nice basket of Fries, then ordered some delicious fresh Kebabs with Tzatziki on the side. For a little sweet treat they had my favorite Lavender Turkish delight 😊 and it was the cherry 🍒 on top. It was a great start to my Sister's arrival from the airport & getting a nice meal with a beautiful cafe. Now every chance I get to travel towards Arcata, California from Crescent City I'll be there for more Halal foods. Oh & they have a beautiful array of Nazar Bocungu too.”

“Hands down some of the best quesabirria tacos in Humbodlt! Shells are crunchy and not overly greasy like every other Mexican restaurant/truck in county. The consume is absolutely dialed in. One of the best parts, they actually give plenty of consume. Nothing worse than getting mediocre consume and then they barely give you enough to dip 3 tacos in. Highly recommend at Friday night market. I’ll be back. Thank you guys.”
