We discovered a new favorite restaurant called The Kitchen in Arcata! If you are ever in the area it is the place to go especially if you enjoy great food! We were welcomed warmly upon arrival. The food was exceptionally delicious - fresh, flavorful and beautifully prepared. Portions were quite generous and the cost was economical especially given the quality of our meal. We visit Arcata once or twice a year. We have our favorite restaurants and The Kitchen is now on our list of “go to” places.They offer a weekly menu item. This allows them to keep costs down for their business AND customers. Also, there is no “order envy!”The night we went they served Taco Salad. Delicious, generous serving, fresh ingredients, roasted chicken. The guys are fun, attentive and we can’t wait to go back!

First time eating there tonight (9/13/23). Wonderful food (chicken Taco salad) and great atmosphere. Friendly server for our table. I would suggest this place to everyone. Looking forward to eating there again in the future
