“I have lived in Arcata for over two years and I don't know how I haven't been here yet. On the outside it is unassuming. But to my delight I enjoyed a big burger and fries. I thought of Toni's across the street and I feel like Pepper's burgers are bigger, better quality, and CHEAPER and fries come with the burgers, duh, as they always should. The fries are also better, not the ore-ida nonsense you get at Toni's.
This place has lots of options, feels like a small town diner, and food comes in big portions and at least what I got, the western bacon burger, was pretty good.“

“We were in town visiting from NJ. Stopped here for breakfast and it was amazing! Huge portions and delicious food. had a sweet treat from the bakery too. Staff was very friendly. Would highly recommend!“

“Our server was fantastic We were seated at a small table in the middle of the room. We asked for something a little bigger and she found a terrific table where we could watch the sunset. Saturday night with no reservations and they were super accommodating. Our appetizer was delivered quick and hot. Our main courses was delicious. I would highly recommend this place.“

Parking: I'd recommend getting there early for tje more popular shows......parking is competing with residents, mivie theater and shopa and events on the Plaza....“

“I have been going to Chan’s for 30 plus years. The best Chinese in Humboldt by far. I now drive from Fortuna just for Chan’s, not to mention the family that runs it is very nice. Love their chow mein, and mar far chicken.“

“We had the meatball pizza, which has house made meatballs and fresh Parmesan, one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The mac & cheese was perfect and the buffalo wings where also top notch. The wait staff was polite and friendly. I would recommend the Pub to anyone who enjoys great food in an amazing venue with mellow vibes.“
