“Just traveling through Garberville and found your restaurant on TripAdvisor. Excellent food, excellent service, clean, very organized. The cook and the owner Chris never missed a beat. If we ever travel this way again, Woodrose Cafe will be our first stop. Thank you for an amazing fresh breakfast and amazing service. Rated 5++++“
“My wife and I, on a long road trip from GA, stopped in Garberville for an overnight stay. Amiilia’s is a Garberville town gem. We had a wonderful lunch while reading a few of the locally crafted poems available. We highly recommend Amillia’s.“
“I really enjoy the breakfasts I've eaten at the cafe, especially like the Huevos Rancheros. And all the different breakfast offerings at The Eel River Cafe are made so beautifully, love the way they do the hash browns. They have the touch ! The owners are some of the kindest people in our little neck of the woods. It feels good to be so well taken care of. And they make high end premium coffee as well.“
“This is a gem with excellent, friendly service and really good food! The outdoor dining behind the restaurant is roomy, warm and covered! We’ve eaten here for lunch and breakfast a few times and it’s been exceptional all times. Well done Cafe Bellini!“
“This is my favorite place to eat in Garberville. The staff is super friendly and very patient with substitutions. They don't have outdoor seating which would be nice, but nice indoor options including bar seating. They have some vegan options, but my favorite burrito to make was a vegan super burrito with the guac, lettuce, and salsa inside, with fajita veggies instead of meat and no cheese. Their beans and rice are flavorful and the overall combo is delicious. A friend got their shrimp burrito and loved it. Would definitely recommend if you're in Garberville or driving by on 101! Always great to support a local, family owned business.“
“Where to start? The food. Fresh and so wonderfully seasoned. Great Local Wines. The service was the BEST! Friendly and courteous. Its a clean and cute restaurant. Best dinner out on our entire trip. A must visit destination if you are visiting Ave of the Giants. RV traveler. Corinne“
“The avenue cafe is a highly recommended destination from locals and tourists alike! A hidden treasure amongst the redwoods with delicious food and the friendliest staff. They have amazing gluten free and dairy free options and a little something for everyone. Stop in and enjoy a meal at this small town, family owned restaurant- you won’t be disappointed!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian options!Kid-friendliness: Bring the whole family, this restaurant is family owned and inviting to all.“
“Really good local grass fed beef burgers. We like just about everything on the menu. When you order a burger you get choice of homemade Mac or potato salad along with either fries or onion rings. She has good appetizers too. Kids menu. Fast & friendly. Thank you Chris & staff.“
“Decent little pizzeria, friendly service and the pizza and salad was pretty good. It was nice to be able to sit outside. Decor wasn't really memorable. I didn't notice anything French at all about the place but then maybe that's why it was lost Frenchman?“
“They have huge burgers, good tasting beef, and a great selection of toppings. Lots of ice cream flavors, fried food, and salads. Something for everyone! Try the rice crispy treats!... They are the best! Plus the service is as good as the food! I have loved Deb's since I was a kid, it's been 20 years that I have been frequenting and the quality never fails“
“I was extremely pleased with the quality of food served here. ? Yummers!!!!! Quite possibly the best meal I've ever had in Humboldt. We tried the Mango Curried rice bowl ? and the Shrimp Stir-fry; Both of which were out of this wordl.- Looking for to going back already“
