After waiting an hour for our food, it came out cold. We watched others get their food before us. Other tables were given bread, we were told we needed to request it. When the manager was informed he said he’d offer free drinks, instead of addressing the issues. He stated that maybe our server was sick. I would never eat here again

Plenty of seating. Tables were clean. Good service. We ordered the fish and chips, prawns and chips and onion rings. The fish was extremely bland. Fries were good. Prawns were really good as were the onion rings. We enjoyed the view. Probably won't be back as there are way better places in Bodega to get fish and chips.

There are better options for seafood in Bodega Bay. Don’t waste your money here. To get into specifics, the fish was a small portion and even so, I only ate two out of the three pieces. The clam chowder was edible after adding salt and pepper and the fries were decent.

Tried the scallops and fries and it was rather lackluster. The scallops are rather small and was a little rubbery, and the oil was a little old, the batter was also a little too thick. The service was friendly and the atmosphere is fantastic, however for the keto traveller the portion is way too small for breakfast or lunch unless you were to get 2 or 3 portions.

The staff were not pleasant and the food was not well prepared. The host did not smile and was like being welcomed to a funeral? We ordered fish and chips and the chips were cold. We will not return.

If you want a table by the window the queue can be quite long. Take a table in the raised area and the view is still very good plus you skip the long line. The server was really nice and friendly. The food was disappointing at best. My chicken was a dried lump of cardboard. The chowder was gloop with very little flavour. My drink had more ice than coke. The nicest part of the meal was the bread bun they give you at the start. The price was average (but still too much for the poor quality).

Absolute garbage. Poor food and entire staff has major attitude starting with checkin guy who refused to seat us by window with 2 kids despite it being 4pm and restaurant half empty. Lots of smug faces and speaking in foreign language. I'd stay away from this place.

. We ordered several different items. The fried shrimp was good, but the oysters were small and the other items on the seafood platter were tasteless.

Short staffed. We were seated right away and served water and bread, but waited almost 20 minutes for a server. She apologized profusely and didn’t realize that we were in her section. Crabcakes and scallops were delicious! The vegetables were fresh and cooked and seasoned nicely. A full, beautiful plate! Pricey.

Big place with plenty of parking. Some nice views of the bay. Varied menu and portions were quite generous. Crab cioppino was very good, somewhat messy, as was the clam legging. The chocolate cake was decadent.

We've been coming to this snack bar for years. Located within the Tides restaurant building with the gift shop at entrance with market across the walkway inside. It is reopened since temporary closing during covid years. Very delicious fish n chips. Also serves the same delicious clam chowder as Spud Point. Easy parking, fast service, indoor and outdoor seating which is in full view of the bay and local sea lions. Don't miss.
