Been coming to this location for a while now since rediscovering and from the first time it’s been on a steady decline. I had an experience about 2 months ago where they messed up my order by incorrectly labeling burritos which could have ended badly due to a shrimp allergy. I let that one go but now decided to leave a review due to an experience I had today. Took burritos to go and as I got home I noticed that one of the Cali burritos did not have sour cream nor guac. Note I paid for the guac as I know that’s an extra charge. I call and have to wait on hold for a bit, from there got put on hold again to later be told that they can’t do anything about it unless I go back in person and return the food. I was already upset and did not want to drive 20 min just to prove to them they messed up my order. I sent them the pictures for proof and also let them know burrito sizes and service do not compare to their telegraph location. Will not be eating from this location again and don’t want my money refunded (even though they never even approved nor said they could refund) as their attitude and service was belittling. Hopefully they change for the better and simply get the orders right the first time around to avoid experiences like these for their previously loyal customers.

The food is consistently of good quality, especially the carne asada fries. The service has more than once made the extra effort (it was greatly appreciated). There's a nice outdoor seating area where you can catch some shade while enjoying the nice weather.

I'm sorry but the food was not good. I ordered a beef taco and 2 carne asada tacos for my daughter. There was a handful of meat in each taco and for the price they charge, that's absolutely ridiculous. The beef taco was stale and had no flavor at all. $60 I spent all together (3 other items) and most of the food was thrown away because it was awful. The staff and service is amazing though. Just overpriced food that isn't good.
