Great place for a quick stop in Boonville. They are open early in the morning and popular with locals. Also come early for the empanadas which are heavenly! Friendly folks and good food. Right on 128 in Boonville.
Food was okay - we got a Reuben, but it tasted like someone took a supermarket Reuben and panini pressed it to serve…the bread was thin and didn’t taste like rye; the sauerkraut was mushy. Salad was also overdressed and soggy. We had a Rueben at Goodlife Cafe in Mendocino the next day and the quality difference was acute.Service was the biggest disappointment - it took 20min for our sandwich to arrive, even through there didn’t appear to be any orders ahead of ours.Overall...

I ordered a smoked turkey and Swiss. It came on house made wheat bread which was to die for. The meat quality was very high - not that pressed crap you find in cheaper places like Subway.
