The Arches Restaurant at Borrego Springs Resort

I’m typically pessimistic that a hotel restaurant will have good food. This restaurant is the exception! We had dinner and breakfast here and both were exceptional. I had the meatballs and creamy polenta. The meatballs were the most tender I’ve ever tasted and the creamy polenta was rich and delicious. The breakfast burrito was one of the best I’ve had, with a delicious mix of potatoes, eggs, bacon, and cheese and a generous side of salsa. It was large enough for two of us to share. The restaurant seems to be understaffed, with only one server for the entire restaurant and bar. But he was friendly, professional, and prompt in serving our food. The decor was indeed reminiscent of a past era, which was amusing. I’d definitely go back and highly recommend it!

Wonderful dinner at The Arches Restaurant in the Borrego Springs Resort, Tilting T Drive, Borrego Springs. Started with a cocktail in the bar which is like a Frank Sinatra movie with classic velvet comfy chairs! Moved to a table in the bar area for dinner which was also comfy and quiet with soft music in the background. There is a larger dining room however, we opted to stay in smaller bar area. Both our meals were excellent however, the Acorn Squash meal was the Star! Excellent service AA well from our bartender! We will definitely be back!

Walked in sat our self’s down asked for two waters waited 30 min for the water that we never got so we just left .Do not recommend.

The Arches is still very nice even though the golf course is shut down. Decent happy hour too.

This is such a quaint and wonderful place to dine and enjoy drinks.

Our first visit was great, which is when we met Noe, an amazingly wonderful bartender who is always willing to make your visit the best visit possible. Noe consistently makes great drinks and always with a warm smile on his face.

A year later, Michelle would come on board and make the food, bar, and service an even better experience. She is truly an asset and I suspect she envisions many more changes to make The Arches even greater than she has already made it.

We cannot wait to come back later this year to see Michelle, Noe, Arlene, and everyone else at Arches Restaurant. A true gem!

Exelent appetizers and cocktails 🍸

Awesome place to spend the day!

They were awful! Bartender sent us to sit in a corner table, and then never came over even though other people showed up and got served. Then when I went to the bar he said just keep sitting there! We left.

We started with the brussel sprouts. They were AMAZING. I mean seriously. I can't convey to you how good. I had the prime rib philly cheese steak with fries. So so good! My hubby had the chicken dinner. The chicken was really tender and seasoned perfectly. The sweet potatos were so yummy under it. My son had the fish tacos. He ate them so quickly! I did get a tiny taste. They were good. The rice and beans were not good though. Could be a one off. But the actual tacos and the salsa were good! That said the food was amazing and the service was wonderful. I wish we had sat outside but the hubby wanted to dine in. Next time!

Kudos to the chef. Incredible food. and our server Arlene was amazing, efficient and witty. Go seek out this hidden gem outside of Borrego Springs. 10 out of 5. Highly recommend

We had the best dinner in Borrego Springs here. Good food, more than enough and such friendly service. We will for sure be going back.
