Celebrated my birthday here. They went out of the way to make my meal and celebration a marvelous event. It started with the table being decorated followed by complimentary champagne, The bread basket came with butter and a delicious liver pate. Then the most amazing ribeye. The staff was so attentive. I loved every single minute. Even the happy Birthday song. The cobbler is amazing. You have to try that too. Next time you're in borrego make a point of coming to Coyote steakhouse....

This is a fine dining experience. So it's pricey but worth it. Come with a big appetite too! I has the Cornish game hen with the wild rice and veggies. The flavor of the hen was so savory and juicy. The wild rice was so tasty too with the different flavors in it. Also had the side of beets and spinach. It was a large portion for a side, so I couldn't finish it, but it was also very good and refreshing. My son had the filet mignon and said that that was the best steak...
