I was traveling through the area and was pleasantly surprised to find a Chicago dog stand! Really friendly staff, delicious & authentic hotdogs, and a laid back atmosphere (behind the hardware store).
Tucked away in a little nook of Boulder Creek, is this cute little hot dog spot.
I decided to stop by and get a hot dog and it was really good! The poppyseed bun was yummy, and the toppings available were really fresh. I'd also like to mention the cleanliness of the place was really nice! The guy who served me who I assume is the owner was super kind! I'd love to stop by again.

Having an establishment like this with someone like Paul running it makes you really reminiscence of “the good ol days”. Real Vienna hot dogs and hot polish sausage that will make you wonder why every road trip doesn’t go through Boulder Creek. The toppings selection, their freshness, and the exquisite collection of hot sauces are something to write home about. Felt like we were hanging out in a friend’s backyard for the afternoon/lunch.
