Overall, we had a great experience. The service was great, food was delicious, and the cost was reasonable. Even had a coupon to use for our meal.
Always a great experience. Perfect for large group parties. Accommodates up to 15 people in the pope room. Staff makes birthdays memorable!
Our food was not hot. The people next to us were obnoxious so that really ruined the experience, but not the restaurant's fault. The chicken parm didn't come with pasta, which was weird and disappointing. Our caprese was not “shareable.” Overall I was disappointed with the quality and value. I really wish I could have ordered my own dish too. I understand family style, but would appreciate the option.
It has been Years Since we have been to because and we had only been once before. Now we remember why. We walked in and the hostess was no where to be seen after 10 minutes they finally took our name and the other 5 parties that walked in after us. We were seated fairly quickly after that. The person who took our names from the hostess stand took our drink and appetizer order and drinks arrived fairly quickly. About 10-15 minutes after our drinks arrived (just iced tea nothing from the bar) a waiter came took our order. About another 20 minutes later almost 45 minutes after it was ordered our appetizer arrived. 20 minutes after that our food. There was only 2 of us and we like leftovers so we ordered 3 dishes. Our appetizer was the brochette served is a massive martini glass. It was bland. We looked around for the absent waiter and finally I just got up grabbed the oil and vinaigrette and added to the mix of tomatoes and mozzarella For the main course we got the stuffed chicken, stuffed shells and spaghetti and meatballs. The chicken was bland and rubbery actually everything was just bland. The meatballs tasted like under seasoned meatloaf the sausage in the shells had the consistency of cat food. The service was awful. The waiter paid more attention to the other parties that came in after us. We were the last to be offered to go container and after they were brought our table was cleared we still hadn't received our check. About 10 minutes go by and the gentleman who took our drink orders came by and we finally asked him if he could get it for us which he did rather quickly. We left full but irritated and disappointed and we now remember why we don't go there and prefer the smaller family ran Italian Restaurant not too far from there
We split the dinners and we got a taste of different dishes. The Brussels sprouts were excellent 🥰
We didn't end up with the table we had originally booked, but the one we got was okay and fit our needs.
Food was delicious 😋 Service was wonderful It's a bit expensive but always have a nice time
We came to celebrate my son's birthday and Vet was our waitress. She was very attentive and kind. Her contagious smile made our experience so pleasant. Ask for Vet!! She's the best!

My family, 6 of us, went to Buca di Beppo Sunday evening and we all had such a lovely time. We ordered the chicken Marsala, baked ziti and cheese ravioli and their delicious salad - I think it's called Gorgonzola. It had apples and walnuts and some other things with lettuce and it was the star of the show! Everyone really enjoyed it. Our waitress was fantastic. She was very friendly, attentive and the food came out quickly! She gets 5 stars. I only wish I remembered her name.

The antipasti salad and lasagna are superb. The Buca vib, music, and ambiance are wonderful. Regretfully the prices have gone up and the quantity down. Without a $25 off coupon the meal would have been too expensive. This business approach has most likely hurt their business.
The food here used to be very flavorful and delicious. This is the first time I've been back in about 6+ years and probably the last. The lasagna, chicken parmesan, and chicken alfredo we're very blend and lacking flavor. Maybe it needed salt, maybe it needed some Italian seasoning, but it needed something. I thought I was alone, but the rest of my party agreed, the entrees were lacking flavor big time.
The cameraman that comes around and takes a photo for a free postcard as well as trying to sell other photos in cardboard frames was rather creepy. He handed the photos and stood there, hovering over everyone. It was just uncomfortable. I don't remember that happening last time I visited this restaurant. Maybe something to think about.
I thought I read that some of these restaurants were shutting down, and I wouldn't be surprised if this one is one of them.

We celebrated our dad's retirement at Buca. The service was great, Alexa did an amazing job. They did forget one dish we ordered but honestly by the time we remembered and said something we were so full from all the other delicious dishes. The food was really good and the Sangria was refreshing! We will definitely come back for more celebrations!
Love this place!
