Still one of my favorite donut shops ever. I have since moved away from Brea but for whatever reason, HB has no good, basic donut shop. I don't need anything bougie, nothing $5 each please. Google said Jax closes at 4 pm but I knew I wouldn't get there until 430 with traffic, plus I was on my way in for work. I drove by and the open sign was lit!! So I came in. The employees at this donut shop have always been so kind and generous! I recently became a regular when my partner started working nearby, so we swing by everyday before work— i love that i see them making fresh donuts daily! They’ve even modified breakfast sandwiches for me to ensure that I could still enjoy it, despite my pork allergy (no ham/bacon, sub w turkey)! Food 4/5 Service 5/5 Atmosphere 4/5 I got one dozen, paid around 16 dollars for my coworkers. This place is close to my workplace and I saw some great reviews on Yelp as well. First time here, I tried all the basic donuts. The donut taste was okay for me. Price is very reasonable. I like the people , they are friendly and courteous. Hard working crew.
