Went for Nurses Day, so buy one get one free. Not bad, because they were stocked for a late dinner rush at 7:30. They actually had taco shells. The staff turnover causes service to be a hit or miss. I dnt eat here often anymore, but the last couple of times were fine.
Every time the rice I received was “HALF RAW”, not well cooked, no matter it was white or brown rice. I sent this issue to headquarters, there was no reply. There is something wrong with either the cooker or the training of employee.
At this Chipotle location, i noticed an employee who seems disengaged and doesn't take care of the tables. Many of them were left dirty and clearly need more attention to maintain a clean and welcoming environment 👎🏻
