Customer service is so lacking. How do you allow customers to wait line and not have any food left? Well before closing. Communicate when they're entering so they don't waste their time waiting. Where's the leadership or training?

Placed a mobile order at 12:48pm this afternoon. The app said my order would be ready at 1:00pm. When I arrive the order was not done and there was no one in the area where online orders are made. After a few minutes, 2 workers finally emerged from the back and began making orders again. I stood patiently and waited but it was not until 1:08pm when the worker asked my name for the order. I told her “it’s Jorge and it was supposed to be ready at 1:00pm.” She gave me the lame excuse of “sorry, we had to get more tortillas from the back.” This is unacceptable. Usually I would be lenient given that they are usually overworked and underpaid. However, since Newsom raised the minimum wage for fast food workers to 20 dollars an hour they can no longer use the underpaid excuse. I will be taking my business elsewhere next time and would suggest others do the same.

Workers have an attitude and are not considerate of giving you fresh quality toppings. Rice and beans were undercooked, didn’t even finish my bowl. The tables were dirty and there was no forks.

Portions here are so small, especially if you mobile order. Food is bland, the rice is not mixed and tends to be chunky. Workers can be super short with you for no reason. I’d say avoid this location if you can and just go to another

We came for lunch after church. We got carne asada and chicken bowls, which were good. We liked the Berry and Mandarin Agua Frescas.It can get quite busy during lunch and dinner time. The tables could be wiped down a little faster for new customers looking for a seat.

The worst costumer service I've ever seen in my life. The women working the front around 12:30 were so rude and really didn't care for anything I was saying. We ordered 2 chicken bowls but there wasn't enough chicken for the second bowl. They gave the second bowl half a scoop of chicken and thought that was ok. They were not trying to be accommodating at all and gave me so much attitude when I asked them to be reasonable. They didn't have any chicken so I asked if they could finish the scoop with a little steak so i could get my moneys worth. The guy working was ok with that but the girls disregarded what he said and charged me full price for something I didn't even get. If you don't wanna be there because it's busy that's one thing but being rude when you have 6 people standing around doing nothing and it being slow is another. Really need to be better than that if you want people coming back to your store. Bad look chipotle!!!

As usual with fast food joints, the rating appears to be lower because people that don't have anything negative are probably not writing anything about this. Well, I don't mind throwing my two cents here!Been here a few times now and they perform at the level I would expect of any Chipotle. I usually get a salad these days, although I do long for the days when I could crush a burrito with white rice! Anyways, I never felt like they were ever short with their scoops of meat or guacamole, so I have no complaints. Meat quality is as I would expect from any standard Chipotle. Lettuce is always fresh as well.No complaints from me whatsoever on this location!
