Our server Janet was amazing. she seemed busy but was attentive and went above and beyond. She has been our server almost every time we go to this restaurant and she is always giving amazing service with a smile. This lovely lady deserves a raise and acknowledging for her hard work.

We had the worst experience at this restaurant!! The Buca da Beppo chain is one of our favorites and usually our go to for special occasions. We had not been to this particular location in years. The service was the worst!!! The waiter basically ignored us the whole evening. Anytime we asked for something he acted put out and would not acknowledge that he heard us, just ignored us. He asked us to hand him plates, by saying “plates! “ and holding out his hand. We had to beg...
