Blessed to have came across this restaurant OMG! “ California Fish Grill “ is a must try. A Friendly Enthusiastic Team eager to serve you,many options. GF ordered Fish and Chips with two side Caesar Salad and Sweet Potato Fries,the fish was so fresh and a light batter excellent,salad and sweet potatoes were excellent choices. I ordered Grilled Shrimp Caesar Salad,Shrimp was grilled to perfection,salad was fresh and favorful,our beverages were excellent as well. They truly take care of you. Dominic went far and beyond to make our experience very memorable,I had to call to speak to the GM personally to complement her protocol and Team… Carmen your ethics and protocol are reflected through Dominic,Freshness,and Cleanliness. Ordered take out and when I got home I found out half my order was missing. Too far to go back and family was hungry. Ended up ordering food from another restaurant.

Ordered the avocado veggies bowl added shrimp and subbed out the white rice for the edamame quinoa rice which I thought would not have white rice since it says remove white rice. The crew here said that they mix the quinoa and the edamame with the rice?? A little deceiving and too many carbs. Is the menu wrong?

It’s a nice place with good food. Getting extra sauce is a bit of a pain and as much as I like the fish, let’s be real, it’s a bit dry without something on it. The To-Go boxes do horrible things in the microwave, do not nuke them.
First time I have ever been here. I loved the fish and there were several choices of sides. Service was quick and friendly. The high ceilings cause severe acoustic reverberation, making it difficult to hear for a hearing impaired person. But I will come back for the great food!

It had been a while since my last visit, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that this place has only improved with time. We ordered two versions of the branzino, one delicately glazed with miso, the other infused with rich garlic butter and both were absolutely delightful. The fish was light, tender, and flaky, with just the right balance of flavor to let the freshness shine through. It was the kind of dish that doesn’t just satisfy, it lifts your spirits a bit. I've heard that the quality can vary from location to location, but this particular spot was on point, delivering a meal that felt both carefully crafted and effortlessly enjoyable.

I ordered the Salmon Grill Salad Bowl through the kiosk, but when I received my order, the salmon was half-cooked. I returned it to the counter and requested that it be grilled more thoroughly. Unfortunately, the response I received from the staff was less than ideal. The lady speaking to me was loud and in a way felt rude. She informed me that I should have requested "well-done" when ordering and that they cannot put the salmon back on the grill once it has been served.
I understand that policies like this exist, but I would have appreciated a more polite and understanding response, especially in front of other customers. Additionally, there didn’t seem to be an option to specify the cooking preference for the fish when I ordered, which could have helped avoid this misunderstanding.
I love the food at California Fish Grill and hope to see the service improve so that all customers feel welcomed and valued. Thank you for considering this feedback!
