It was my mom's birthday and they didn't bring a dessert or even say happy birthday. I wouldn't even mind paying for a dessert if it were extra. But felt kind of pointless and disappointing to go to Cha Cha's for a birthday. The food was good as always. The service was very slow.

Christine was so sweet and professional! First time visit and we enjoyed every part! The food was fantastic. Cocktails were amazing. It was giving Hillstone vibes with the quality of service and food but without the robotics! We are coming back for sure.

it started out a little rocky we got to the restaurant early and decided to have a drink in the bar, we sat down and the hostess came over and said they have a table on the patio? My wife had requested a booth. We noticed a booth in the bar and asked if we could sit there, they said no problem, the experience immediately improved, our waitress came over and we were well taken care of throughout the entire meal. Wonderful experience, we highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning in the future.

Our server was extremely attentive and the the food was very good! It was my girlfriend's birthday and they brought her a delightful dessert. I would definitely go back!
So I have mixed feelings. The restaurant itself is very clean with a great atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Hear is where it gets muddy. The menu is very imaginative and the concept is good, but what it has in vision is very lacking and underwhelming in flavor and authenticity. Very whitewashed. Looks good but, sorry.

Met a friend and ate at Cha Cha's for the first time. It was Taco Tuesday. Sat outside in their covered patio with a heated lamp, very comfortable. Chips and salsa were good. A nice variety of different salsas were offered. I like hot. I ordered the 3 taco plate, theres also a 6 taco plate! I chose a fish taco, a carnitas taco and a wild mushroom taco. The mushroom taco was a 1st and it was delicious, who knew, lol mushrooms!! Service was good, music and atmosphere was great! I'd go back.

The chicken here is unbelievably good. Such a great flavor and char on it. We had the chips and guac with assorted three tacos and chicken Caesar salad and everything was delicious! The frozen mojito's were excellent as well. This is our go to spot from now on.
