The parking and drive-thru were a frustrating experience. When pulling out of the parking, got blocked by drive-thru line. Then the drive-thru exit got blocked by more cars getting into drive-thru to start the order. There needs to be a do not block mentioned at the four way intersection near drive-thru entrance and exit. The food and service otherwise we're great.

Super disappointed with my recent interaction at this location. admittedly, we did show up 20 minutes before they closed but we placed a prompt order to go. The kid taking our order came up to us at 7:57 (three minutes before they close) asking us if we’d like to wait for the mac and cheese and that it’d be a 15 minutes wait.” we said we’d wait and they accepted. about a minute later another girl comes up to us, clearly trying to get us out of there, asking if we were sure we wanted to wait for the fries and that’d it actually be a 16 minute wait” looking at her coworker to which we just gave in and took the refund and left. Once we got home, we realized that we ordered the regular chick fil a deluxe but both of our orders were swapped with the spicy ones, which my wife is sensitive to spicy stuff so we did not eat. super rude, will not return to this location.

Placed my order at 12:28pm right when I clocked out for lunch at work. I arrive to this Chick Fil A location around 12:40 expecting my order to be done or nearly finished only to find out, it hasn’t even been started on. Before finding this out, I had already been standing in front of the counter for a few minutes and not one employee asked if they could help me. Finally, I’m asked if I’m picking up an online order which I respond to by saying “Yes” which right there and then the lady had explained to me that even though I placed my order online I still have to “check in” first in person for my order to get worked on. Okay fine but if that’s the case then what’s the point in even placing an order online if I’m just gonna have to wait in line anyways? Why would Chick Fil A put “We’ll start your order before you arrive” and not start it until I get there? This was a complete waste of time and now I’m not gonna be able to eat my food before my lunch is up. Is this new? My food has always been made in a timely manner.

Totally over cooked dry nuggets. Should not have been served. Too much batter on them so the employees can't see the size. Obviously 2 are way undersized. Terrible. This is why I normally go to Canes. However, I had a gift card. Won't be back again.
