New remodel is Very inconvenient. Bad planning. I ordered on-line and the new pick up is terrible. They have delivery drivers, on-line orders and orders placed in store to go All waiting in one line together; while their employees are also trying to use that same space to deliver orders to tables. HORRIBLE experience. It was so easy before.

Brea Chick-fil-A is the only place where ordering food feels like playing a game of “What did they forget this time?” You think you ordered nuggets, fries, and sauces, but what you actually get is a surprise box with at least one thing missing.
With three kids in the car, nothing says family fun like realizing the nuggets didn’t make it into the bag. We never complain, so maybe they think it’s part of the experience.
The employees are always super friendly handing me the bag, probably because they already know half of it isn’t in there. At this point, I don’t even check before driving off. I just wait until I get home to see what didn’t make the cut.
I really should just start driving up and handing them money and leaving at this point.

3 times they have gotten my order wrong each time they have made me go back with 3 kids and go in a get what they didn't give me. I'm honestly really disappointed. Even when I called to notify them they don't answer. I guess it's my fault for not checking knowing this is constant thing with for some reason just Chick-fil-A.
