I just got a double chicken tostada to go from the Brea location. The chicken is mostly burned ends and it is all dry!! When I took the lid off it smelled burned. I had a coupon for $2 so I paid $10 for a dish of crap. I don't expect it to look like the picture but this is not even close! If they put a picture of my meal on the menu, no one would order it! I wish I hadn't! I was really looking forward to it. :-( (retro emoji)
Why I go to order a 2 piece and they told me they didn’t have chicken but I can get a salad? What? El pollo loco 😝
We've been having really bad experiences at THIS particular El Pollo Loco Restaurant. Running out of food or under cooked chicken, missing food, items wrapped without any labels, or even worse, wrong labels. The list goes on and on.
Don't get me wrong, we love El Pollo Loco and will visit other locations, just not this location anymore.
