Service was horrific. Teen girl (so it seemed) not friendly at all and acted like she didn’t want to be there. The real horrible part though was that there cold brew- I watched the dudes fill up a plastic cub 3/4 with TAP WATER and then pour a tiny bit of coffee in after. $6.50 for tap water. Insane. DO NOT COME HERE.

Go-to cafe in downtown Brea! Interior is very nice and spacious with great service and coffee! Try the New London Latte or Lavender Matcha with an almond croissant, you won’t regret it!

I have a high sensitivity to caffeine and yet I love coffee. Due to my caffeine sensitivity I am very particular about the coffee. Hands down they have the best roasted coffee. I do drink the Mocha as I have a sweet tooth. The reason for my three start is that this particular location has a very troublesome customer service issue. This location staff do not smile and generally appear not wanting to be there. Even though the coffee is great the staff delivers a negative ambience. Such a shame.Management must look at this store as to why this is happening. This is not the case at the La Miranda location.

Always looking for good coffee when travelling from Australia and Enchanted Coffee did NOT fail to deliver. Had an Oat Latte and decaf Soy Flat White and tasted fantastic, just like home. Thanks crew, you saved the day. 👍🏻

Ordered a Chai Latte, Dirty Chai Latte, chicken pesto sandwich, and the turkey arugula sandwich. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. Highly recommend this place.
Enchanted coffee is a great coffee spot on birch street. They serve coffee in the traditional Italian style, specializing in espresso. I tried the miel latte, and it’s very smooth without being too sweet. It’s great coffee, with lots of milk and ice. So if you want more strong and more bold, add an extra shot! If you’re on birch street, this is the better spot to get coffee. They don’t sell overly sweet drinks like Starbucks, but the service is great and they’ll happily accommodate you if that’s what you prefer.

I come to this location often, i love getting the new London coffee . I want to give it 5 stars but 2 seems fair just because when the girls are the ones making the coffee , like today, it tastes really bad . They have the coffees already pre made and it just doesn’t taste well. When the guys do the coffee the new London tastes great . I don’t know why that is but i think the guys need to train the girls a bit more to get the coffee tasting better. Overall the extension of the interior looks great and customer service is great also.
