“Maria Maria. I politely asked the manager Maria for a refund of this tiny cone since its all I ordered and wasnt full serving. 4 oz is policy serving size. I literally scaled it and was 3.5oz. yes I have a scale in my car. Maria refused to simply refund. Better business bureau contacted. left corporate feed back. Terrible costumer service“

“So nice & delicious! They seemed a bit short handed so please have patience with them. There was a mix up w my order (I might not have spoken loud enough while ordering) so they gave us an extra corndog for free💗 The staff was so kind, the place was clean & the wait wasn’t too bad at all! Definitely recommend (: there’s also a sign in the window that tells you how to order that was super helpful in being prepared & ordering efficiently.(in the first picture under the TV)

“I really need yall to know I don’t do reviews unless something actually moves my soul. This is by far, the BEST katsu sando I’ve ever had. I finished and sat in my car and just contemplated life, completely forgetting the taro ice cream I had bought. I wish I could eat this again for the first time. 15/10 food, the service was amazing and prompt. Come on an empty stomach.“

“My wife and I eat at The Hat when we want a treat. She loves the pastrami sandwich and I usually get a burger of some kind. The only thing that is certain is we get an order of chili fries, which is HUGE! We never finish the entire order but it is tasty to try every time. The only caution I have is this place can get packed around lunch and dinner so plan accordingly. We have eaten in our car many times because of the crowd.“
