The drive through here has a very bad speaker system. I can't hear and/or understand them. This has gone on for many, many years. Every time I've mentioned it, they tell me at the window that it's going to be replaced soon. Years later, nothing has been done. The last time that I went there, which was recently, I was hoping to get a meal deal that included a time limited promotional cup. I was double checking to see if they still had the cup because I don't trust them to keep them in stock while a promotion is still running. I could not get a straight answer through their speaker system. I ordered the special anyway and lo & behold, they were out. I just unloaded on them and vowed to never ever go there again.
