Based on the reviews, TOUS les JOURS Bakery Café serves the most amazing cake ever. The cake is light and fluffy, not heavy or sweet, with a smooth frosting and fresh fruit. The pastries are excellent and very good, especially when warmed up, and the drinks are delicious. The bakery items are great, and the shop is always clean and nice. The atmosphere is great, with a relatively big modern seating area with comfy seats. However, the service is consistently a letdown. There is a persistent lazy vibe from the staff, and few employees lack warmth and hospitality. They never smile or know how to greet. It is strange to be told no to a basic menu item because the staff doesn't want to take the time to brew it. The food is good, but the attitude and lack of effort really don’t match the quality of the products.
