I went to get the bogo deal from 7-8 for a 50 percent off of a large drink and it was 7:49 and the door was locked. I called and they said they had a meeting with every single jamba juice so i don’t really know if that’s true but I am very disappointed because they close at 8.

Gabby made a small P/N butter w' banana/soy drink today 3-19-2024 around, 12:45 p.m. She intentionally used brown/near rotten banana that didn't get ground up and was left chunks. I consistently spit out the overly brown/near rotten banana at least 3'x before I threw it away. I don't appreciate poor quality ingredients being used in a drink because of poor management, low visitation days, irresponsible people. This drink cost +8.00 and should have been exceptional and high quality. I live too far to return the bits I collected; did take android phone photos but was unable to attach in this review. Nelson was courteous and welcoming, the service was timely and my order was correct. Definitely worth stopping here when shopping at the mall.

I ordered a chunky strawberry bowl. Half of the bowl was not blended and had frozen chunks of strawberries and banana.

We stopped in here for a quick treat after a workout class and enjoyed the smoothies. I ordered the holiday cranberry orange whip and my husband got the green ginger smoothie with extra ginger. Although the barista wasn't too fond of the cranberry orange whip, I enjoyed it. She said it can be a bit bitter and really it just tasted like orange juice to me with coconut milk (which is the sweeter, not whip cream)! It was fine, but like I said, really just tasted like orange juice. My husband got the green ginger smoothie with extra ginger -- he said it was fine but he still couldn't taste the extra ginger. This location was clean and well maintained so I'd come back!

So happy to have found this location. Parking ample & easy to find. No tables inside, but a couple bistro tables with umbrellas, if the weather is not too hot. Good variety and well stocked. Customer Service team were all busy, seemed to work well together and were very attentive to customers.

Placed a mobile order for two Plant Based Pumpkin Smash Smoothie and was sad that they didn't have the oat milk frozen dessert. How can you run out of it by mid day? So disappointed.
Very kind and polite staff at this location. Brandy went the extra mile to help us in our particular troubles with the mobile app. Very happy with in store customer service!!!!!

I wish I could give this a 0, but I can't so I will give it a 1. I just got Jamba Juice from there and it was horrible. I've gotten it before and it has been so good. After what I received today, I don't know if I will ever get Jamba again. They took 1 minute to make it, and it was chunky and there was a bunch of fruit at the bottom. I was going to drain the leftover fruit from it into another cup; however, it proved to be difficult because the drink was just so chunky. It was honestly so nauseating and I threw up after. I am so disappointed with the drink and Jamba Juice as a whole. I got a large and I want my money back
