i would consider this spot a hidden gem in brea! everything i tried with my friends was so delicious, ESPECIALLY the curry katsu plate. it’s such a simple dish but it was so warm and comforting, and paired nicely with the mac salad and veggies. i usually get the katsu sando here and i love it because it’s super saucy delicious paired with waffle fries! it was my first time trying yubu pockets and they were pretty good! my favorite was the bulgogi and cali roll flavors. the udon was a simple soup with katsu, but i would probably get a different flavor of it next time for more depth in the dish. all in all i love this place for a quick lunch before class. they have deals everyday for different dishes on the menu which is also super great!

Port katsu was like eating rubber. I’ve never had pork katsu this tough before. At first I thought maybe it was just a bad batch of meat that day, but after seeing other reviews saying the same thing, it seems like this is a consistent issue. It’s honestly hard to believe they managed to mess up such a basic and fundamental menu item.

Food is so flavorful and tasty. The staff brought everything out so quickly and we’re happy we ordered almost everything separate option on the menu because it was worth it. We cleared all the plates. Great for kids as well. The staff were so nice, tables were clean and music playing was great. Def will return

Pork katsu was so tough it was hard to cut & chew. Udon was under done. Chicken katsu plate, underwhelming.

I came here for the first time with my family and it was a great experience. The place was polished and the workers were nice. We ordered shrimp sando with waffle fries, egg sando, katsu bowl, chicken sandos, and spicy chicken noodles. The sandos were sweet and buttery, and the portion was high for all the meals.

Got home and noticed the katsu rice bowl missing a lot of ingredients. Maybe it was a bad day? A bit disappointed for $16 pretax/tip. The chicken katsu itself was good.

This will be the first and last visit to this restaurant. We came in around 8 18 and when we order the server said we cannot dine in. It has to be to go because last call is 8 30 pm. We look at the clock and it said 8 20 pm. Very disappointed to say the least. While we eat our food the server is rushing closing the shop. I didn't expect fine service at the fast food restaurant but at least we expect basic courtesy from the staff.

The food here was great! The tteokbokki was amazing – perfectly chewy with just the right amount of spice and sweetness. The katsu was crispy, juicy, and paired so well with the sauce. Service was quick and friendly, and the portions were generous. Definitely coming back!

This place was absolutely delicious! I ordered the chicken katsu udon noddles and I absolutely enjoyed every bite. Sure there was a small wait time and although we were starving, it was absolutely worth waiting for. It was super clean and the cashier/server was really nice! Will definitely be coming back here again to try other menu items :)
