Would give 0 Stars. Rude/Inept customer service. Online delivery order missing an item. No Refund/Replacement. Manager blamed their delivery service. Ordered directly from Lucille’s Website.
I placed online order the Easy Feast chicken , I was expecting my chicken to least come out, if not looking like the picture , or looking like the chicken breast golden brown; instead, I got the chicken in that picture look like it’s been bruised and been beaten, and it look like it been cooked over and over again.
