Do not order chicken.
Too hard and uncooked.
I spend around $600
At least this location they preserved the quality .
A/c broke on this day so it was hot hot. Not the restaurants fault obviously. Food and service were top marks though.
Have had good experiences with my last few take-out orders. All items have been included. You can receive your take-out orders quicker if you call in and order rather than placing online.
I marked down a star because many items do not allow you to ask for bbq sauce so many of the sandwiches arrive dry unless you ask for bbq sauce when you arrive in person.
Everything is great except the gluten free menu, they don't allow the smaller meals to be ordered gluten free. And they also charge more for it. Sometimes the waiter doesn't even come fill drinks or checks on us, and then I have to leave a very small tip.

Love this place! Food and service are always great. Only drawback is the noise, unfortunately that is everywhere.

The last three visits have been horrible, and I'm done. Nothing is ever fresh, the portions have shrunk, and the bbq is way off. Not sure what happened, but it's like everything is just microwaved to order, disgusting.

The food, service and atmosphere is really good and at a reasonable price. This is my third time eating at Lucille’s and each time has been consistently good. We all have our favorite BBQ place; however, Lucille’s offers very good BBQ with lots of menu options, a large bar and a facility that can accommodate small to large groups.

I've visited here for Saturday dinner and it was a perfect experience. I was there at 7:30pm and waited for about 15 to 20 min, but there were many seats in the front yard. I loved the biscuits and apple butter which is refillable. All menus we had were reasonable and delicious, but my favorite were beef ribs for a meat, and BBQ beans for a side.
And I'd like to emphasize, our server Alexis was super, super friendly and nice. I can say he was the best server I've ever met in USA for last 1 year. He really made my family's day!
This is a delicious BBQ restaurant that suits Korean tastes well. It’s not salty!!! (Important!!)
Among American restaurants, it seems rare to find a restaurant where most of the menu items are so delicious. I came here thinking about Fields BBQ, and I think I'll be a regular here from now on. I don't like the sauce very much, and it's a bit sweet, but I think the sauce here tastes better to Koreans. (However, because it's a chain restaurant, the meat quality is disappointing compared to Fields...)
I've been here a few times before to get takeout, but there are always a lot of people. The place is comfortable to sit and eat, and the local atmosphere is very nice!
The biscuit and sweet apple butter that are provided as soon as you sit down are delicious and remind me of the old Korean KFC biscuit + Outback honey butter. If you eat it at the store, it tastes better because it is served warm. My personal preference is for the meat: (1) beef ribs, (2) baby back ribs or St. Louis ribs (I think there is a difference in whether or not the sauce is applied), and (3) pork belly (but three pieces in cubes the size of glasses? The amount is small.) I think you have to order BBQ beans on the side. As expected from an American restaurant, all types of potatoes are delicious.
I don't know if I was lucky, but the server was really, really kind. A kindness I have never felt before in the United States... I am touched... I hope you can meet Alexis.
