My experience at Nekter today was the best I’ve had at any of the locations I’ve visited. The employee helped me right away as soon as I arrived. I had points for a free juice but couldn’t find the redemption code to use in store. He kindly explained that the promotion was for online orders only, then went above and beyond by taking care of my order while I placed it online. While I don’t love the price I love the quality of every drink. The fruit can be tasted in every sip . You can tell the mix of flavors and it never is lacking . I love this new raspberry riot. Always friendly service and fast service . I’ll be back tomorrow.
Very friendly and welcoming when I walked in. Even though she was busy with orders, she took the time and care to double check everything with my order as I am allergic to nuts. I appreciate her attentiveness and quickness. Thank you for such amazing customer service.
