I always order food to go from here so I can’t comment on the service or atmosphere, but the food is always good. Favorite is the koobideh, but I’ve also had the chicken kabob, rigatoni Rosa, chicken pesto linguine, chicken pesto panini, and the flat iron shish kabob. Everything is good. The chicken is a little dry, but [I believe] it is white meat, so that is to be expected. The koobideh occasionally comes out with one half of the skewer a little more cooked than the other half. No matter, it’s always delicious as is all the food I’ve tried here so I highly recommend it.

The food is fabulous. Haven’t had anything yet that I haven’t liked. We started off with the family dinner, which is for four people, but we actually brought some home. Lots of food and absolutely delicious. Their chicken is unbelievably tender and flavorful. The chicken kabobs are to die for, I can’t think of anything on their menu that is not just wonderful. I wish they had a larger indoor eating area but while the weather is nice, the outside is just fine. I haven’t eaten there in the winter time so don’t know if they have outdoor heaters which I’m sure they do. If you haven’t tried this place you are missing out on a great experience.

THIS IS NOT THE STAFF'S FAULT. THE EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT. This is a call out to management. I don't think I've ever left a bad review 😭 But this has been a repeat occurrence. I LOVE panini kabob grill, but it is the 4th time I come to this particular location and have a bad experience. Waited 75 minutes for our food yesterday. Was at the restaurant for almost 2 hours just to eat a salad with salmon. All the parties around us were upset too. We got a minor discount, definitely not enough to convince me to come back. I just felt so bad for those employees, they are chronically so understaffed. Their managers need to have more people, its not fair to their staff or their guests.

A thumbs up for the food, but a miserably terrible service is for sure at this location. The guys who work there have no sense of customer service. It's sad Panini does not provide a professional training for their employees.

I personally haven't tried it, but I picked up a rather large catering order for a big party for one of my VIPs. They absolutely love the food there. Can't wait to go back to try it on my own 😋😋😋😋😋

Food was great IF I would have received the complete order. Not including the rice tray on a $700 order is a mistake but the response is what made it worse. I called to see what they could do since there was a lot of kids at our gathering. Held for 10 minutes “Steve” the manager finally got on and said you can come pick up the rice. But everyone had eaten already. Couldn’t pause dinner to pick up cold rice. I said how about this: I take your chicken tray back, and you can just refund me my tray since the rice was the whole point of that tray. He said go for it, I said great I’m on my way, then he hesitated and said I’ll just refund the whole thing don’t bring it back. I knew he was lying to me amd I told him don’t lie man. He said will refund right away, and today I got the $39 dollars back after they screwed over my order and all they did was move on. $700 worth of food is nothing to them. Now I will personally take that chicken back today or whenever Steve works. Can’t treat Brea residents like crap and lie and then just move on.

I to go the beef kabob. Wait, it was about 17 minutes, not too bad for busy lunchtime. But the food was cold, not fresh cook. Cold beef kabob didn't taste good at all.

Great atmosphere, outside and inside dining. This place was constantly busy.
Waited to be seated but worth the wait.
Great service, friendly staff. Our lunch was so yummy and filling.
Had the Panini Kabob Chicken sandwich the salad was crunchy and fresh. Had a small bowl of lentil soup. Everything was yummy!!

We usually order pick up but great family meals. With tray of salad, tray of rice and kabobs also we love the rigatoni Rosa pasta with chicken.
