Yummy! Corn and Hot Cheeto dust nachos with grilled chicken and they were great. Beef and Potato Taquitos with rice/beans disappeared fast too!

Although the food is decently good, this past time going to the Brea location left my husband and feeling dissatisfied and ripped off. We have visited both Irvine locations before so maybe it is just an issue with the Brea location but the rice and beans in each of our combos was filled less than half of the cup despite their own menu board showing the cups filled past the brim and their IG depicting full cups of rice and beans. We have never had this issue before. I hope management takes action and talks/corrects this in their employees before this type of service deters people from going and affecting their business.

I noticed they changed the menu and price recently. It wasn't big of deal until I opened my order. All the taquitos were burnt and over cooked. Tastes different too. Not sure if I will ever return.

Pretty solid for some on the go taquitos. Got the spicy chicken and the shredded beef! I like the spicy chicken a little more surprisingly!

Food is just ok here in my opinion but the family likes it. Very Americanized Mexican restaurant.

Rollem up. Keep rollin. Roll with the changes. Rock n Roll! I have never been to this place before. Being from San Diego, I never heard of this establishment. My cousin recommended here so decided to give it a try. Came around 11 in the morning and the place was empty as if they were barely opening. The ordering system is pretty straight forward. Choose how many taquitos you want, type of tortilla, and type of filling. I got 3 taquitos with shredded beef with flour tortilla. There were only two girls working, the cashier and the cook. The girl cooking had such a vibe like "I got this. Prepare to be impressed." Well, was I impressed. I cannot believe that one girl made such amazing food. If they had some of these in San Diego, I'd definitely stop by more often. Prices were a bit on the high side but I really liked their self serve fountain drinks. Their horchata and jamaica were pretty good. Props to the two girls holding the fort that day!

The menu has changed quite a bit since they opened. I went last night and they now offer combos that include beans, rice & fountain drink. My go to was the 5 pack, which is no longer an option. They also added a kid's meal and loaded potatoes. I was all happy to see there were lemonade and iced tea options to drink. I like that you can order either flour or corn tortillas & you can order all different ones. We bought the 4 pack combo: 2 cheese w flour, 1 chicken w flour & 1 shredded beef w flour with everything but sour cream, corn in a cup all lit up & an extra fountain drink. Cost: $23.96 I really enjoyed the rice. My husband liked the beans. The corn in the cup was cold. They got my order wrong and added sour cream. They made us new taquitos. The taquitos were not as good as I remember. Be sure to check your receipt. They charged me for queso in a cup, which I did not order, and was refunded. The cost above is not with the cheese. It was around 8:30 pm. The restaurant was empty. Just us and another family, a few to go orders. But, the staff of 2 was flustered. I've tried most everything there. It's always either been bleh or delicious, no real in between for me. I will always find it odd that you have to pay for salsa and it's not just given to eat with your taquitos.

Ordered from door dash when we received our food. We were missing the guac, mild sauce, and sour cream. I also found a small bundle of fake hair under the melted cheese. I have completely lost my appetite

A vibrant store with a couple of employees creating flavorful food within a good vibes environment! I was quickly greeted by wonderful hospitality worker and felt welcomed immediately. I visited Roll 'em up on a Friday lunch and I ordered the five pack combo, 8 oz queso, 4 oz salsa and a churro donut! You have two options of flour or corn tortilla to choose from and I ended up getting a little mix and match of tortillas: flour, corn for the tortilla; chicken, ground beef, shredded beef for the filling. All of which were great and the 5-pack combo is drizzled with a nice combination of white, green, and their in house orange sauce. The churro donut is a nice touch. It tastes exactly like how you would think a churro + sugar donut would taste like. Crispy on the outside, fluffier on the inside. I would recommend for you to try one out yourself. Pretty nice . You must get the queso. It's better than the salsa in my opinion. Dip your taquitos into the queso and don't hold back your tastebuds. After you finish your taquitos then use the rest on the chips. It's better this way. If you haven't yet, try this spot! It's a little pricey for a per price taquito but I would still recommend!

Not horrible but pretty mid, felt nauseous after. My bf and I came after the movies for a good meal but ended the night disappointed.

False Advertising!!! Walked in to the store after an appointment nearby. Wife wanted the "Bomb AF nachos" shown on the menu on their website. Girl at the counter tells me I can't order that at the counter and I would have to download the app and do an online order. She said those are technically part of a "secret menu"?? Secret Menu? It's literally on your website menu and on your "app", where's the secret? I download the app, place my order, and notice in the store they have a massive sign that says "Download our app and get free chips & guac". I tell the girl I would like to get my free chips and guac. She tells me "thats an old sign. we need to take it down. it's a 'free churro donut now'". I tell her that old sign or not, you forced me to download the app to order something listed on your menu and then you are advertising to every person that walks in to your store that you get free chips & guac for downloading the app. She again says "well thats an old sign we need to take down. It's a donut now". I politely tell her I dont want a donut I want the chips & guac. She refuses to honor my request. Of course the "donut" is $2.88 and the chips and guac is $5.48 so they are penny pinching and ripping off their customers with a less expensive product all while advertising chips & guac. You guys are dishonest and should have honored your sign blasting everyone the second they walk in your establishment. I expected better. Horrible customer service.

My first experience was at an event with one of their trucks... I was definitely not impressed. I have always seen the brick and mortar location in Brea and thought I'd try it out. The food tasted 1,000x better. The person who took my order was super nice and the food came out really fast. They even brought it to your table. There is significant seating both indoor and out. I got the 4-Pack Combo with rice, beans and a drink. Totally worth it. Music wasn't too long and was pretty mellow for the most part. I would definitely come back again, I'd maybe recommend avoiding the truck if you were going for the first time.

**Warning: Food Poisoning Incident** Unfortunately, our recent experience at Roll Em Up Taquitos resulted in food poisoning for my fiancé. He ordered the beef taquito along with the Mexican corn and suffered severe illness for several days. I ate the potato taquitos and had no issues, so it was either the beef or the corn was the behind his illness. It's unfortunate because he use to enjoy the food here, but we will not be returning. On a positive note, the staff was friendly.
