Third time in a row they've made my $7.00 drink wrong and don't even fill it to the top. I'm paying for a grande, not a tall. Also, the small girl with dark hair who always wears a mask is the one making it, when it's wrong and I've asked her to remake it before and she is unfriendly. Her and the curly haired middle aged one who I've also asked to remake it before and she just gives attitude. Don't work in customer service if you cannot provide any. Crappy Starbucks quality at this location. I'll gladly drive extra miles for the one I love.

Just walked into the unfriendly, uncomfortable future. No thanks. Plenty of other choices these days.Walked straight in and straight out! I feel sorry for these boxed in employees.. go live your dreams!!!I find it interesting Starbucks is at the happiest place on earth, yet this store is what Starbucks is promoting?! What a joke! Everyone and everything is replaceable, I have no doubt an up and coming coffee shop will replace what now seems to be the least welcoming coffee shop in the USA.

No acknowledgment, no greeting, no good morning. Besides employees scramble with lot of orders no one taking clients’ orders. I just took off.
The staff here is so genuinely nice, very considerate and happy and engaged with their customers. It’s not a drive through but the orders come out quick enough where you won’t miss that part.

I should’ve listened to the knowledgeable associate when I ordered the hot Gingerbread Thai Chi Oat milk Latte!! It’s waaaaaay tooooo sweet ?!! I have a stomachache from all the sugar !
